Flow was very confusing compared to past years. Also electronic download of 1099 did not allow paste of passwords. Very inconvient when usen long passwords with a password manager

Previous turbo tax years were so much better when you could load the CD on more than one computer. It was very cumbersome this year only having it on one computer . Ugh

Software is great , but would suggest you make the foreign tax worksheet ( specifically when you have multiple countries to report) so you can report all on one page so you can view all in one spot

Intuit lobbies to prevent the government from creating its own free tools. If intuit rolled over and disappeared, the world would be a slightly better place very quickly. Hello? Intuit employee? Maybe your corporate owners are not the good guys?

disappointed that TT couldnt be filed electronically. It would not acept my wifes income for last year but did accept mine. It is a stupid question because I file as married filing joint so are income is one and the same.

My previous experience was a Tax Auditor for the State of California for 12 years. I also worked at H&R Block for a season. I have always used Turbo Tax and have had no problems in all the years it has been used.

I was easily able to complete the process without any assistance even though my income includes investments. FYI I have no actual accounting training.

The UI is not very user friendly nor up to date with modern web and app tools. The form inputs are inconsistent and many places you cannot simply copy/paste information. The final screens for filing are confusing.

I had a good experience with one of your Turbotax experts. She helped me resubmit a Federal & State form. I had made a mistake in typing one of our 1099-R accounts.
