I like the fact that the software instructs me step by step. Have been using TT for several years and I see improvements over the years. Did not have to call TT help desk.

I have used Turbo Tax since 1989. Have found it makes taxes easy to file and the support for extra information, expert advice if needed, and the free audit support now is great. All this keeps me coming back to TT each year.

Consistently use due to ease of use of transferring information from previous years. Would like to go online but concerned about differences between desktop versions and on-line.

I've been able to use TurboTax for years and found it "user friendly". Most areas have explanations attached to aide with questions. It is "error free" in calculations best of all. If you are a novice, just read the instructions.

I feel like the product should have questions about and Health Reimbursement Account and how that impacts the Premium Tax Credit because you cannot use both.

I really like how the most time consuming entries can be imported and the software cost isn't outrageous. But, I think there's much about the product can be improved though.

Software is great , but would suggest you make the foreign tax worksheet ( specifically when you have multiple countries to report) so you can report all on one page so you can view all in one spot

The desktop product is more versatile than the online version I have used previously. Also, very convenient to be able to handle taxes for my children with the desktop version.

Great product. I really love the fact it catches errors. Very thorough, especially if you allow the software to walk you the various sections. You can learn a lot about various tax issues.
