My overall experience with TurboTax is pleasant, no stress, no headache. Although the list displayed on the left sidebar (when in "Form" format) was very hard to read. There wasn't a way to enlarge the prints. Or was it?

Love the "more info" feature on tax situations! If I didn't have access to last year's return to just update, it would be so burdensome I might have hire someone to do my simple tax return.

N/A I have tried to reach experts with no success. I paid for expert advice $50.00, could never reach anyone. I tried to pay for Audit support, while my submission has been noted, no payment has been sent.

i love using this program to file taxes. the only problem I ran into was the six-digit business code. Some guidance or a link would have been helpful. when I googled the code and typed it in, the app kept changing the number

I dislike the changes you made for entering interest, dividends, capital gains. Entry was more difficult because it was not easy to get back to the summary page to make additional entries. Also, I could not see all entries on one summary page.

This year's program is significantly improved over last year's in that it is identical to work with as the former CD version, which did not load on my computer for two years. During those years, I had to use the web-based app, which was inferior.

It's less intuitive than it used to be (been using TurboTax for many, many, many years...). I don't like the W2/1099 form entry screens. Go back to the old way!

have filed using TurboTax for many years. This year things were a bit complex with sale of home, and part time state residence. working with the professional expert i was able to complete the process efficiently and with confidence.

I have been using Turbo Tax for the past 7 years and all my returns have been accepted by IRS promptly. Turbo Tax is reliable and accurate and it guides you through every step of the way.

getting expensive, contents/process not easy to follow such as the rentals not obvious to decuct expenses. Domt like not having the "disk" and lengthy time to reach downloading software.
