Very very poor. I've used turbotax for years and this was the worst ever. Couldn't import info from 2023, IOS 12.7 incompatible, State file extra fee.

Turbotax is a time saving program. It was a bit more complicated this year than last. Was surprised at the extra fee for filing. Wish I had been told.

Great experience, turbotax phone line help was super good. Worked with tax specialist Brittany today and she was beyond awesome, so complete, thorough, and very patient

The Print Return function does not work. I get a spinning wheel for a couple of seconds and then nothing. One tech support person had no idea what to do, the 2nd provided a cumbersome work-around. Turbo Tax 2023 continues to function normally.

Good overall, but doesn't support Form 8833 you can't easily claim a Foreign Tax Credit if you're also taxed in a tax treaty country like Italy. Therefore, it's not possible to file online from abroad if you're living in one of these countries.

Program was easy enough to use. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because it was not possible to add pretax payments for the state return. I had to dig into the actual form to enter the data. This should be in the tax credit section.

TurboTax has changed a bit and isn't quite as user friendly. I still was able to get through it and file my tax. I still will continue to use TurboTax.

My return as a retiree is fairly simple. with the auto download features from my banks and brokerages. utilizing the software each year it fills in a lot of the material from the previous year. I like the effeciency provided including the e filing.

I have used Turbo tax for a long time now. I decided to use state to e-file. Unfortunately, their software was out of date until March 27th for filing state and it was rejected. How does this happen?!

My files got rejected due to a period after my AGT number. I did not put any periods or commas in the number, turbo tax di that itself. I entered the number and hit continue and then turbotax put a comma and period.
