1) Can no longer bypass importing investment docs -- TT used to ask if i wanted to skip it after the third refusal. 2) General flow not as good. 3) No update to ItsDeductible, either in items listed or to prices

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and overall I am very happy with it. However, I do NOT like the new lay out to input the dividends, interest, etc. I found it was more difficult.

TurboTax worked well for me this year. Glad to save Tax preparation fees. Takes some work to accomplish on my own even with TurboTax. Helps to have previous years returns to compare to.

I like to use TurboTax but felt it was a little more difficult this year than previous years. Especially in the transferred documents of Mutual Funds and that type of information.

Easy to use. The HSA section was a little difficult for me to follow. I have a family HSA and the part that asks about my spouse is confusing. If I have a family HSA it should include her.

YOUR CONFUSING INFORMATION ABOUT WHETHER WA STATE TAX RETURN IS REQUIRED OR NOT IS TERRIBLE! CAN'T DOWNLOAD IT!, CAN'T SUBMIT IT, YOUR INSTRUCTIONS ARE COUNTER INTUITIVE, STUPID AND SO CONFUSING!!!

My previous experience was a Tax Auditor for the State of California for 12 years. I also worked at H&R Block for a season. I have always used Turbo Tax and have had no problems in all the years it has been used.

Asked me to upgrade to premiere for 35, but the only difference was to compute for IRA contributions and save a couple hundreds. The help isn't even automatic to ask you, can easily be missed. The 35$ extra is not worth it.

Management of 1099R is just okay. Hiding behind "it is coded as the law says" is a weak reason to not manage RMD correctly. PA state was okay. Nothing wonderful.

Out of all the years I've been using Turbo Tax, this is the first time that I've need additional support. The tax assistant was fantastic and resolved the problem quickly. Great job again TT! Another year well done
