Many automatic updates failed this year. I had to download your big patch file to correct the problems. This just takes extra time, and not like the former years, and I've been with you as far back as you go.

So easy to use, all the questions are asked and follow up info is accessible. Step by step instructions are easy to follow and any questions or missed info they let you know. Once done, filing is free and easy, couldn't ask for anything easier.

Regarding 1099B, you should highlight that one can enter info rather than taking us straight to where turbo tax tells us we have to mail the info to the IRS.

using TurboTax for years never disappointed...........user friendly.......confident that all is accurate would like to see the e file for state fee to disappear. refunds quick and never a federal or state inquiry

I've used Turbo Tax for many years and have found it a reasonable method to file taxes. It asks important questions to make sure nothing is missed and also allows me to compare with last years returns so that I make sure everything has been covered

Easy to use but getting too expensive, for a self-prepared taxes software. From the cost of the CD, to add states, to get advice, to file states etc...

Turbo tax is so much like sitting in the tax preparer's office and going through each little detail. That gives me added confidence that this program is thorough enough to give me an accurate return that I can trust to be correct.

I feel confident in filing with turbo tax over last 20 years. Well done Intuit. There are still a few bugs in download income data thatt Intuit needs to address but overall a pleasant experience.

Overall good experience but disappointed with lack of clarity of need to print and mail documents to state when I e-filed through your software. Still confused what documents I need to mail into the state for this e-filing.

I could never get TurboTax to find and open previous year's returns. As a result, the history tables don't have any history. Form 2210 had a blank line where last years AGI should have been.
