Those few times when I have had an issue or a special handling situation, the TurboTax team has always been responsive and helpful.

I was clueless even after reading help screens on google. Thankfully my son is computer savvy and could get it installed.

I have been using TT for 20 years now and the past couple of years it has really fallen off on holding your hand through the process of filing taxes.

Turbo Tax made easy

While I cashed out with a mortgage on my first home, I used that cash to buy the second home, therefore the interest should be deductible, but the program does not allow it.
Frustrating at times, not enough thought in it.
