Product has gotten so much worse. The interface becomes less and less intuitive. Particularly entering 1099 forms is miserable and in some cases impossible on Mac desktop version.

Many bugs. Had to spend a lot of time troubleshooting in order to file. Confusing interface. Couldn't use my state downloads from my Mac on Windows when I was troubleshooting.

This product great for use with side business like rental properties. Excellent resource available online or in person. The ItsDeductible tool takes all the stress and headaches of valuating donations off the table.

Coverage of foreign tax issues for an American living in another country gets better each year. All else is excellent as always/ I have a high level of confidence in this product.

Turbo Tax notified me of and issue with their forms and i had to file an amended return. The lady I talked to was so helpful and help me walk thru the changes so i could file

STOP MESSING WITH A GOOD PRODUCT: STOP REMOVING ACCESS TO ALL FORMS. GET BACK PROGRAM THAT ALLOWED A TAX PERSON TO CHECK MY RETURNS BEFORE BEING SUBMITTED ( I DO NOT NEED TO ASK QUESTIONS).

This was WORST experience I've ever had doing my taxes! I've been using Turbo-tax for more than 25 years, and this will be the last year. I'd rather do it on paper then use this horrible program.

It's not perfect, but what is...? On the Federal return side TurboTax is excellent... The state add on is mostly good, although I would like to see a section where I can enter my Schedule 2K-1 (Massachusetts return) information...

Turbo tax has some errors in the software, but it is still the best tax software available. The people helping on the phone are very helpful but not knowable in complicated areas such as Foreign Taxes and options.

THANKS to Wendy, Mya and Michael my sanity was saved! I ALWAYS HATE doing taxes and these WONDERFUL assistants walked me thru all my problems. Finally I can sleep at night.
