Many bugs. Had to spend a lot of time troubleshooting in order to file. Confusing interface. Couldn't use my state downloads from my Mac on Windows when I was troubleshooting.

Love TT but only ask that the K1 overview page shows somthing like line 1 or 2 from last year and this year to help keep track of what has benn and what needs to be entered. Like you do with 1099 and W2s.

I like Turbo Tax. Sometime it is difficult, but that because we need to knw what we are doing and also, Turbo Tax guides s through tax regulations and options that we were not aware of.

Kind of sneaky not telling you about the filing fee of $ 40.00 until the very end. Have been using Turbo tax for over 25 years and I was kind of disappointed in the way that fee was handled.

Product has gotten so much worse. The interface becomes less and less intuitive. Particularly entering 1099 forms is miserable and in some cases impossible on Mac desktop version.

Printing is poor. Desktop program will not print state return only. Cost of e-filing state return at $25 is too expensive Updates are slow, annoying. Why does it have to check for updates every time I launch.

This was WORST experience I've ever had doing my taxes! I've been using Turbo-tax for more than 25 years, and this will be the last year. I'd rather do it on paper then use this horrible program.

It's not perfect, but what is...? On the Federal return side TurboTax is excellent... The state add on is mostly good, although I would like to see a section where I can enter my Schedule 2K-1 (Massachusetts return) information...
