very easy to use. answers to questions easy to understand. have been using turbo tax for at least 10 years

Completed 2024 without mayor effort and apprediate being able to efile the state return without issue.

Been using Turbo Tax for several years. Love the step-by-step instructions and reviews. A lot easier than doing it by hand.

During the review process, there seem to be some unnecessary questions asked. Same thing at start up, over and over again.

Lost all my data and I had to redo all the work again. Asks me to install update and relaunch 100 times. So many issues with software usability.

The tax part is great. The problem is that there are do many security checks, it is almost unusable.

Explanations explaining requirements are good. Easy to switch between forms and follow complete details.

You have no provision for sending in returns that requested an extension and sent in an estimated tax amount back on 04/15/2025.

I sent money when I filed for extension, but there was no prompt for the money I already sent to IRS, Hope it does not get overlooked.
