The basic part of TurboTax is very helpful, the K-1 area needs a lot of work. It is very difficult to enter a complex K-1.

I sent money when I filed for extension, but there was no prompt for the money I already sent to IRS, Hope it does not get overlooked.

It was ok as far as user friendly but there were a few things I didn't understand, out of frustration I just guessed at those questions.

Return was rejected because of missing IRS PIN number. the program never asked me for the IRS tax PIN number! This is a bad flaw in your system!!!

I have trouble printing & saving my tax return - esp for review. Feels like old software -- not modern.

If return is complicated (including K-1 and K-3 forms), no help is available in the software application.

My taxes have gotten a bit more complicated over the years. TurboTax continues to meet those complications with help and double checking me work

You should offer more live help with past years returns. Otherwise I really liked using Turbo Tax for the first time.

You have no provision for sending in returns that requested an extension and sent in an estimated tax amount back on 04/15/2025.

support says you could efile after 10/15 and until 10/30 but that was not accurate. it was impossible to fix more complicated tasks like ftc
