It was just about as easy to use this year as it has been for the past 10 or more years that I have used the program.

The CPA Jennifer was great. Very knowledgeable, professional and nice. She solved a problem I had for years wit Depreciation. She was the best.

Transferring prior year info and downloading data from financial organization save a great deal of time with greater accuracy.

I hate the new inter-face...just an added step and it created duplicate entries that I had to be delete.

It was overall good experience as usual. But issues in importing w2-pdf and importing investment form.

I don't understand what happened to the 1040-ES forms and the form to file an extension for the federal tax return

Import produced a glitch that requires designation of an s corp for K-1 income pass through. Such s corp doesn't exist

Just to get set up after we bought turbo tax. Should have better instruction to get started . Different from previous years. Confusing at best.

Very intuitive interface, step by step instructions are easy to follow with options to skip to a specific category that is applicable for my case.
