My state return was rejected and that generated an email from Turbo Tax, an email that was absolutely worthless. No help at all.

Overall I would say it's easy to use. There are some questions that are difficult to understand unless you have done this before.

While trying to install the program, I kept getting bombarded with advertising for extras. It took a while to get around this and install it.

All is good. The interface, explanations of line items, is very important to me. explanations are good, but i dont think they are perfect

could not findb where to update the program. Could not send by E/File because i could not update the program like every other year.

Just love your program easy to comprehend and follow makes it easy to follow too. Great way to file your taxes.

The program is horrible!!!!! Program not intuitive. Turbotax just looks for ways to make extra money!!
