Expert advice at $60, disappointed. Community advice - hard to decide which conflicting advice is right....

The expert agent helped me today is very good. She is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks to her.

One complaint: Was unable to download from Merrill Lynch after form became available for download as Merrill did not come up as an option.

Very accurate, only compatible with windows 11, easy to navigate, never had a problem, didn't need support this time

Interface with Intuit account login is very frustrating, particularly the endless extra step to identify objects (e.g. buses, crosswalks, etc.)!

Turbo Tax User Interface is very good. The year to year comparison helps me keep track of my accuracy and if I missed a form.

I found it too difficult to use the expert, and that particular person didn't seem to know what they were doing.

Much more difficult to use this year. I hated the big boxes for entering income. Then having to enter the same information over and over again.

As accurate, efficient, convenient and user friendly as always. A great product to rely on for every tax payer!

I have used Turbotax for many years and hav always been impressed with the ease of use and help it provides as part of the process.
