On line tax and AI was unusable. Able to proceed only by downloading desktop. unable to navigate to credits and unable to start over.

Just to get set up after we bought turbo tax. Should have better instruction to get started . Different from previous years. Confusing at best.

All features especially the Learn More tabs are a great asset to instructions. Importing Options make the filing so much easier than do ot yourself.

Worked fine, right up to the point where I wanted to e-file my return (as an overseas x-pat). Would not accept City, Country postal code BAD

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 5 years and love it. If I need to talk to an associate, they are very helpful and patient.

I will not use this product again after being a customer for many years as I cannot opt out of turbo tax audit defense. Go to get a grip on reality.

Turbo Tax did not automatically download my Social Security information. I almost missed it until I looked back and review the filing information.
