I have used Turbo Tax for many years and other than having to reenter routing and account numbers, it works fine for me.

I was lured to switch to Online version, but that version has many bugs and was a frustrating experience

It wasn't as easy as last year's TurboTax. I had to try several times to find how I can enter my 1099B

For highly skilled preparers, there are a few too many steps - but on the whole it is as easy as I can imagine.

Although I rated a 10, there are some income & expense areas I am not certain for the details clarified in the Turbo Tax software.

Highly deceptive in their fees charged on the back end, other than that the product is ok. I will be using a different means next year.

the tax filing for state was a total rip off. After already buying the state for $40, charging another $25 to efile ? Seriously ?? very disappointed.

I've used TurboTax for years and find it easy to use. Having past years' data available for comparison is handy.

Personally I do NOT like AI. Updates some days took a looong time. Never happened in years past. I've been using TurboTax for 10+ years.

I will not use this product again after being a customer for many years as I cannot opt out of turbo tax audit defense. Go to get a grip on reality.
