Meh, but I'm a captured customer.

You didn't have the Multnomah and Metro income tax forms last year at all. You finally have Multnomah, but not Metro.

The only way to go

Really good this year for handling RMDs and hobby income. I still want the download instead of the internet option which turbotax gives

Please bring back It's Deductible

For some reason this felt clunkier this year. The removal of ItsDeductible was disappointing. The JPM Chase interface is amazing.

Was a little more confusing this year than last.

For some reason I had to purchase Premier in order to import my investment info. I didnt have to do that last year. The upgrade was pricey.
