The charity donation entry is very tedious to complete in this version. We have to pay 3rd party to complete th task.

First year of retirement. Found out somethings for the future! Been using turboTax for many years! Love IT!

Horrible interface. Asking too many questions or just to press "Continue" over and over, entering same information. Unintuitive and buggy.

Very easy to file. My only issue is that sometimes, the program messes up the address - city name and zip code. Otherwise, it is good.

initially had a little hard time installing the software. had to switch to administrator mode, accurate description, compatible with laptop

This program walked me through every step and answered all questions I had. It's a great, worry-free process using Turbo Tas.

Could not delete returns started but not finished. Could not call up prior years returns. A disaster, even after going on your help line.

just a terrible product. I have used TurboTax many times before. None were as difficult use as this. I will never use again.

Error on adopted child won't albe to fix. Deleted it but it keep come back and unable to e-file. Already paid for state but unable to use.
