Turbo Tax Again

Multi year user. Easy to use, but delays in available firms frustrating. The email notification was good.

Turbo Tax Just Works !

Asian helpers have to much Accent and talk to fast to understand. American local helpers speak slower and clearly. Sorry but true.

PremierDesktop:no support for 529->RothIRA rollove

Live expert was very helpful and was able to explain the next steps and the difference between online vs desktop versions of TurboTax Premier.

Re-thinking Using TT in Future

I have been a TT user for over 30 years and I found the 2025 version very cumbersome. Requiring Win11 will cause me to re-think TT in the future.

WHY am I being charged for e-filing ONE state return. The turbo tax was to income ONE free state e-filing.

Unclear Explainations

No clue what Form 8453 is and why I have to submit it seperately while paying multiple processing fees on top of the actual TurboTax Product.
