Ease of going through each category and entering the needed data for each question. E-filing is great !!!

TurboTax gets worse every year. This year the user experience is so horrible that I'm never buying it again.

I've used TurboTax Premier (desktop) for many years and find it helps me though all the steps to file my Federal and State taxes fairly easily.

This is my 29th year using Turbo Tax and have always experienced great service and it's very easy to use! Would not switch to another Tax Service.

The software is fine. I wouldn't mind being able to chat with a virtual assistant, but I don't want to pay for it.

Easy to use, Intuitive, and straightforward. When I have questions, the tool provides access to information that helps me understand and answer them.

Tried to efile -- keep getting an error that I need to update when no updates are available -- very unhappy

Great program. I have used and trusted Turbo Tax for years. It is accurate, fast, and guide me through any question I may have.

I am surprised that Turbotax is trying to persuade me to buy additional services like live tax advise.
