Turbo Tax is very easy to understand and to follow. Having help available makes me feel more comfortable doing my own taxes. I would recommend it.

Not all essential tax related questions are properly covered, specially with 1098Q & T as well as 1099B related topics.

Software is pretty easy to use. The foreign tax section was a little difficult to navigate but I finally finished it.

The software is fine. I wouldn't mind being able to chat with a virtual assistant, but I don't want to pay for it.

I found the program more difficult to use this year than in past year particularly with respect to information from broker statements.

Will not file my state return. Get the "Hmmm.. Looks like we hit a snag" error that has been common with TurboTax for two years.

For the past 10 years, I still have to manually enter cost basis from etrade 1099. you need to fix this

Generally worked well, but did have some issues generating 1099 forms, as they had to be entered by hand.

Paid extra to get the bundle with state and federal, and was still charged to file state. Very upset.
