Love turbo tax. Required support from a live person in the past and she was amazing...spent quite a lot of time helping me out with my problem.

No matter how complicated my financial life, turbotax and Quicken always has had the tools necessary to prepare and file my taxes.

Slightly more confusing than last year's version, but overall simple to use after we made it past the problem loading the program.

Overall the product does what it is supposed to do. The interface to download transactions from financial institutions is wonky.

As long as you have all your documents in order, then just follow the screen prompts. It's easy to complete. Any one can do their own taxes!

It works, but I do not like the upsells all the time and no opt outs. The only options are "maybe later" or "I'll buy it later". Just let me pick no.

Spent hours trying to correct a 1099R. System wouldn't let me enter new info and then "magically" the next day it worked.
