The new technical changes to TurboTax are intolerable. They make the process of preparing my taxes very difficult, time consuming, and confusing. I HATE TURBO TAX WITH A PASSION!!!!

I think this product is definitely the way to take the stress out of filing taxes. I really like the way Turbo Tax reviews the final return for any errors that need correcting. I also like that I can choose what I want to work on. Great product.

The Turbo Tax part is straight forward, getting the paper work from the income sources, medical bills, investments and all that stuff is the complicated part. Once you get all that, it's just fill in the blanks.

Not intuitive at all! Not easy to go back to the same category if you have 5 or so identical entries. It cannot generate the 8606 with inherited IRAs, makes it IMPOSSIBLE to finish and file.

Great product overall. I did have a bit of trouble understanding the difference between a "Foreign Account" and foreign assets managed by a US broker.

I had a great experience with your AI and live help to answer a question on how to access and use from 2210 to address a 401k to Roth conversion that was done at the end of the year.

Turbo tax was extremely hard to download this year - it would have been more helpful if there had been a "Back" button. When it came time to pay, we couldn't get the expiration date month on the credit card to go down past 08.

Need to be better at informing customers of updates on features availability. Looking to use rental features stated available February, had to dig to find out was not till end of February.

We had an issue with this years edition and called the helpnumber. The person who helped us stayed on the line with me for almost an hour to fix the issue. She was great (sorry i did not get her name).

The search and help functions are completely useless. You cannot search for topics, you only get the stupid AI assistant that provides minimal options and information. Been using for years but this will be my last year using TT.
