will not use again. software writers lazy. unable to readily retrieive returns in process so had to do full returns 3x. RMD questions really need to be rewritten. your explanation prompts are only helpful half the time.

Turbo tax is no better than HR Block tax or similar programs but way more expensive. Next year I will probably switch if the situation remains the same.

Turbotax was noticeably worse this year with more emphasis on UPSELLING tax advisory services making me think the poorer experience this year was designed to support the UPSELL.

You pay for the program up front and it will still charge more at the end. They leak and sell your data too. Free file direct from the irs needs to be the future.

I've used TurboTax for many years and appreciate the accuracy of the software and the step-by-step walk-through of the various income & deduction sections.

Program dropped once. Luckily I had saved at one point, so only had to redo part of it. That had never happened to me before. Otherwise pretty straight forward

False advertising that state e-file costs only $20.00. Credit card charge for State E-file does not go through and have to use the Federal refund, so Turbotax can add the additional fee of premium service. Should start a class action suit

I had to call customer service to get assistance to put the desktop version on my desktop as the info provided would not allow me to do so. Customers should be clearly advised that the "what if worksheet" is not available with the on line version

Turbo-Tax made filing easy, especially since I received a late 1099-B from my brokerage and had to file amended returns. That would have been a nightmare without Turbo-Tax. I'm so grateful it saved me from having to figure it all out by myself!

I just responded just after filing. 5 stars for download version, 1 star for on-line version. The latter had one major bug that was a complete block, one negligent omission (I couldn't start a new filing), and nor FORMS button.
