I have been using TurboTax for the last five+ years. It has been very accurate and very compatible with my laptop and previous Windows desktops. Keep up the good work.

Nikki was fantastic. She was very patient and answered all my questions. Walked me through the entire process. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Was not clear on the downloading instructions that VPN must be disconnected. Wasted a lot of time and a call to TurboTax to figure this out. Importing documents from our financial services broker was not well explained and way too complicated.

Need to be better at informing customers of updates on features availability. Looking to use rental features stated available February, had to dig to find out was not till end of February.

I have been using TurboTax since 2010 with no problems. I am 81 years old and have to call your support line 2 times since then. Program is easy to use, and I automatically get it each year.

I thought I was getting free federal and state efile with the purchase of the turbo tax premier then I got it at the end with a fee from turbo tax. I feel ripped off. Also, some of the wording in the questions are very confusing.

This 2025 Turbotax Premier was by far Intuit's worst tax preparation software I have used. I will use a different tax preparation service for 2026 after 15 years with Turbotax.

Forms completed as needed THEN TOTALLY FROZE ME OUT WHEN I WENT TO PAY TAXES. Then when I got to spot where I could pay Turbo Tax asked about last years tax to confirm something and despite using turbo tax for last twenty years came up as not used!!

Too much upselling of higher priced filing solutions and inadequate cost-free explanations surrounding ROTH rollovers and Georgia IRA Basis Adjustment, for those with less than highest skill levels.

Upfront cover while buying says Fed & 1 State Free. However, towards the end for just one State e-file it took $45 extra. This is misleadingly manipultive. Not acceptable though!
