AI cannot answer questions regarding certain input items. I have used TurboTax for over 15 years. Each year, input methods change and clarification gets worse. This will likely be the last year I use it.

Turbo Tax is a great program for those who want to save money from going to an accountant. With a little bit of following the steps you can produce an accurate tax return. They also offer plenty of support for anyone who needs it.

No thanks. But low rating was due to being forced to buy a new computer with Windows 11. If AI is so good, maybe it could help you create an annual version that works on Windows 10 or earlier versions.

TURBO TAX has made a complicated process doable for me for 15 years! Situations change but i am always walked through everything and I am always confident that everything is done correctly.

I was VERY UNHAPPY to find out that you got rid of ItsDeductible!!! What's that all about? Why take away a valuable tool used by your loyal customers? Bring it back!!! If you don't, I will not be using TurboTax in the future.

I didn't like that you mixed1099-DIVs and 1099-INTs in the same input screen. It was too easy to mistakenly input the INT numbers in the DIV boxes. They should remail as two separate input sections.

Overall I am very satisfied with TurboTax Premier; I have used it for many years now. Occasionally there are small problems for the user, but this is due more to the complexity of the tax code than to any inherent problems with the software itself.

big problem with 1099R entries. TT looking for info not on 1099 and therefore not allowing me to file until i put in numbers myself. big glitch. glad others had the same issue and suggested the workaround.

I have been using Turbotax for many years and I find it to be very easy to use, and very accurate. I like the desktop version with the support features better than filing online.
