EASY TO INSTALL AND USE. You ask for a rating but I have to enter a minimum number of characters on the comments. Turbo Tax is great but Rating process is not great.

I could not easily ask a question this year I needed help with entering and importing info from a 1099b,div etc eventually solved my issue myself but with less confidence than i have had with a download

On-line support very helpful and responsive. However very disappointed that the feature to upload significant supporting documentation is no available via the purchased software as opposed to the on-line.

Doesn't work with Windows 10 which my main PC is still on. Feature wise it is very similar to the previous versions which all worked great on Windows 10.

Overall, it was easy to complete and eFile the federal and state tax returns. Consider improvement to 1099-K filing to avoid PTC capital gain being reported twice (from Section 1265 to Schedule D and 1099-B to Form 8949)

I have twice tried to e-file,but been rejected. The email states that there will be a message about what needs to be corrected. There is no information about what to do when I log into Turbo Tax. What a waste of money to by the Premier version.

This year using Premier (like I have for many years) there were several times that I wanted to go back and review a portion of a section (revise at times) but it was not as user friendly as in prior years. That was frustrating.

I have used Turbotax for years and the Desktop version is fanctastic. I have helped others using the online version and it is significantly less intuituve and difficult to use.

Each year TurboTax becomes a little easier and quicker. For the most part, the Q & A aspects are clear and there are few problems interpreting what is being asked for. Customer support is very, very good.

Excellent, needs a couple of tweaks: I urge you include both the question about main home in US for more than half the year and input of the IRS Identity PIN in the initial Personal Info interview!
