Relatively easy to use, although I had a little difficulty getting started. The online chat was very helpful and walked me through the process of getting access to the online system.

The software Step-by-step user interface was not intuitive and required to use the forms to better understand the data inputs. The Live Tax Advice feature kept looping and did NOT go into the Summary section.

i have used turbo tax for many years and have always been satisfied with it. i like that information can be imported from financial institutions and i don't need to determine how to put it on the appropriate form.

Could not transmit forms -got error message EIN was incorrect and it is not and have transmitted using that payor with that exact EIN for several prior years.

TurboTax should include support for Form 8621. Not having this support caused a lot of pain to create the forms and also, it did not support e-file due to this.

Did speak with a rep about inputting a 1099-S document. It was a real challenge prior to speaking with the rep who knew exactly what was needed to resolve the issue.

The software is very easy and self explanatory. Any help required is easily answered by Q&A section (easily searched via google). The interface is very intuitive, and has all the best AI and chat bot features.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and noticed the changes to the format and questions asked. I prefer the older versions much more. The process is still smooth, but the new layout and approach is not as good.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 30 years. Since the 2024 edition, it has become more cumbersome. Maybe it is geared towards a different generation now. I prefer the more streamlined releases prior to 2024.
