This has been our worst experience in 10 years using your product. There appear to be bugs and errors and loops that never existed before. Very disappointing experience, and having me question if I should try a competitors product next year.

the $45 is a rip off - there was no explanation and it's not a mandatory service. it should have been a CLEAR explanation that if using the refund to pay for TT, $45 would apply. BAD business model

I have used Turbo Tax for years. Every year it feels like I am being browbeaten to accept add on probuct I don't need or want. It is very tiresome. I am goint to start looking now to find a product to use instead of Turbo Tax next year.

The software does not handle data corrections well - it doesn't "clear out" the data fields properly when I re-enter or delete data. The directions for entering Schedule K-1 data, and especially Virginia VK-1 data, were unclear or non-existent.

Pretty straight forward. I like the ability to look at the return midway through the data entering phase. Also it's nice to have access to the worksheets. This was my first year using the desktop version. I prefer it to the on-line version.

I don't like the oversell of Turbo Tax ONLINE. Just give the option once and be done with it. I like the download and just keep it on my PC not in the CLOUD!!!

have been using turbo tax for many years and i like it that is recommended to anyone because of it is easy to follow. All the features in your program are easy to follow.

K-1 entry could have been better. Entries for Foreign Tax Credit were not intuitive (no pun intended). Took a bit of trial and error to understand what the software was looking for.

Audit Defense is a Fraud. Poor choice only showing the 'limited' version. If you go to Audit Defense you pay the same fee and get Unlimited. Make this better to avoid customer problems in droves.

Terrible errors in this - i worked with my long time tax advisor of 35 years. Premium does not work for a property claiming the 250K real estate exemption. ChatGPT was barely able to salvage this. Do not use unless your taxes are very simple.
