I like the concept of the all-in-one, but the reality was that it kept bouncing me out and then it said it had a virus and then it said it needed me to continue using your free ink, which wasn’t really free. I don’t like it. It was very very deceptive. I wish I had a different printer.

Personal use. Scan and copy are easy to do

I like that it is more compact than my HP Envy was. However, the use of the HP app is problematic. I can not print from my laptop just my phone. Not sure I would recommend this printer.

If you are a small contracting business and need to print documents occasionally then this is the printer for you. The App that accompanies the device is really great also. Scanning a document and emailing is a cinch. Buy it if you’re in the market for a new printer.

It was beautifully packed. It was easy to set up. And easier to install. My Envy 6558e was printing 30-mins after I opened the outer box. Truly a joy to use.

Ink cartridges run out very quickly even though we use draft mode; touch screen isn’t as user friendly as our previous hp; air printing has been tricky to set up

It has not worked right but one time. It now only prints a vary light grey no black. How do i fix that? Atinks that o cant use it at all! Help?

I am very pleased with the printer. It was easy to set up and provides a wide variety of easy-to-use features. The print quality is excellent.

I like that the printer does two sided copies. I don't like how small the ink cartridges are (the ONLY reason I gave it a 4 star, and not a 5).

My new HP Printer is such a delight to use. Quick, easy, & efficient! I am highly satisfied with its performance for my daily home use!
