I have been a loyal HP customer for years. I am an older person so I always used HP ink and followed directions. I had high expectations for this HP Envy 6555e but it is not on par with the other HP printers I have had. It does not print immediately. It says there is no internet connection, when there is (the blue light is on). I have had to uninstall it and re-install it to get it to print. This model is much more compact and lighter. To turn it on and off, I have to push a button in the back of it. I am disappointed with it.

I honestly hate this printer. The set-up took forever and the next day, it wouldn't print. I set it up again through the app and kept getting configuration errors. I downloaded the files and set up with a cord, same problem. Won't work, it's completely useless unless I go through the set-up process every day.

It printed fine from my phone but I could not get it to print from my computer. I followed all the directions and suggestions from HP with no luck. I returned it.

Easy to setup and use. Very happy with the quality of copies. The 90- days of free ink was a little confusing but never actually inserted the ink that was sent. I've made made 50 copies in 4 months.

I wanted a simple printer. This is not that at all. It took 3 computer techs to install it, 2 with HP. And I still cannot print a copy of a document I put into the printer! The "on" "print" button does not come on.

I like that I got help setting the machine up. I do not like that. The arm does not go out for the paper shoot. Usually the papers end up on my floor.

Ink cartridges run out very quickly even though we use draft mode; touch screen isn’t as user friendly as our previous hp; air printing has been tricky to set up

Double sided - Quick to print - Color - Status window - all 👍🏼 But you really need to do something about how fast it runs outta ink cuz that aspects in a word sucks 1st use date is approximate

Love the quality of prints from the HP 6500. Still using my 6400 EnvyPro. It’s a little too much technology for me so I’m still learning how to make correct copies.

It just works. Also when there was a paper jam [probably my fault] it only took a second to clear. And I love the Ink + program - it simplifies life and is economical.
