This printer has exceeded my expectations. Set up was easy. I encountered no problems whatsoever. The only thing I can say is easy peasy. I also love the ink program. I don't have to run to the store to look for ink. This is a great printer. The color is beautiful and printing fast.

I haven't had the HP Envy6555e very long, so I gave it a four rather than a five. But that given, it has worked well since installing it. I did have a bit of a struggle installing it, but our 15 yr old grandson fixed that. At one point, I called HP support as the printer was not recognizing HP Smart and the support gentleman was very good.

The HP+ subscriptions sounded like a good idea. But it quickly got expensive and I felt like I was being charged for things I didn't need so ditched the subscription. Had some difficulty with it going to sleep until I had to go to the trouble of giving it a dedicated static IP address and its been smooth sailing since. The print and scan quality is good.

Disappointed, it replaced my envy 5000series, the hook up was very difficult the copier is extremely slow and I really do not see quality and definition of copies like it should be

I've used the printer 5 times, already got a message that the ink was low. Ink was included with the new printer. And I'm suppose to get more free ink but I guess I have to get back in touch with HP!

The printer is OK . Anything I print comes out very clear and perfect But it does print very slow And goes through ink very very quickly . The ink is very expensive and I'm on my third one and I might as well just put in a new printer that comes with the ink .

I have yet to be able to install my Envy 6555e due to the instructions being in poor. In addition, I received emails with instructions to use code numbers that were provided.....completely wasteful. In stall all the new HP printers I have bought over the years as been a snap. Not with this one! Very disappointing.

I have had the hardest time with this printer! Since I got it it keeps saying there is a paper jam! Also I can't scan to print because of the paper jam warning.

Not using it as much as I thought I would...tried to scan a document the other day, it showed up on my screen but I couldn't move it to my "Document " file in my computer, something to do with .pdf ?? Went to print another file and screen says it doesn't recognize the printer...I'm ready to hook up my old pri ter but I can't get ink for it!!

The Software, that you all use in my opinion is the absolute worst in the Industry. It never wants to connect and doesn't stay connected, and overall HP has gone down hill in the last several years. I have purchased a Dozen Printers in the last Decade and each one gets lesser quality than the last and the complicated connection process. If my printer wasn't out of warranty I would have sent it back! I am done with HP!
