I wouldn't use this for big print jobs, but for the occasional document, it works well. There were a few hitches during setup, such as NOT BEING ALLOWED TO SCAN WITH THE HP APP WITHOUT AN HP ACCOUNT. (Seriously, this is egregiously poor design.) The HP app is rather clunky, and takes forever to start up, if at all, due to its internet-connection-centric dependencies. (We're past the realm of optimization being needed; the HP app needs a full redesign from the ground-up to prioritize efficient functionality FIRST, then we can deal with online account features later, AS NEEDED. HP. If you can hear me. The machines are fine. Rework the software.

I love the fact that I can print from my phone!!! Easy to use. Relatively quiet. The only thing that is problematic for me is having to put my WiFi password in after any type of interruption in power or reset of the router. The “keypad” is so tiny that it takes me about 10-15 minutes to just get the right letters and numbers typed. I suggest getting a stylus to have on hand. Other than that it’s a great printer.

This printer works great after resourcing and compiling many instructions and user guides. The only hassle to set up is how to set up for use. I cannot even tell you how. Outdated manuals and leave the rest to someone (like me) with a few years of sys admin experience. Or have a reddit account ready! Still a great device though. Update the instructions!

I am happy with my HP printer but there have been a few issues that are not that bad but just annoying Ican not get the printer to go into sleep mode and I am having problems when I print one particular page - the printer cuts off a small portion of the left side

It is a constant battle to get it to print. The screen is worthless, the program is difficult. I do not like the run around. i want to click print on an open doc and Just Have It Print! Is that too much to ask? It works then it doesnt. I cant change darkness, color, which pages or size. I would return it if i could. My old HP was so much better.

Great prints from this printer, when you can finally get it to print. I'm reasonably tech savvy, but the app interface for these printers (I also previously had a 6400 series printer) is clunky. The prints are such high quality that I really want to give it 5 stars, but I just can't. Nevertheless I'll keep using it.

HP printer works OK & fairly well serves the purposes of an 86 y/o retiree. However, the screen is EXTREMELY SMALL! Screen is very difficult to manage, especially by someone w/chubby fingers. I was NEVER able to scroll through the set-up when a power outage disrupted the connection between the printer & my computer -- (granddaughter finally got it set-up again). I have yet to print more than 1 page at a time because the printer arbitrarily prints multiple pages back-to-back!

Except for problems with software concerning paper size and type it works. I used to love my old HP printers wore out 2 as I printed a lot of photographs at one time. Won't buy another HP though and won't buy wireless. I don't print from my phone I have 2 grown up Nikons so not a phone camera person.

The construction materials has decreased since I bought an Hp 6950. After a few prints the the display says problem with one of the two inks. Quality of print is good. Easy to sync. Issue is lightweight and I fo not believe the design will hold up in my home office like previous Ho printers coupled with issue with error signal. Easy to fix print error- just reset the cartridge

I like the concept of the all-in-one, but the reality was that it kept bouncing me out and then it said it had a virus and then it said it needed me to continue using your free ink, which wasn’t really free. I don’t like it. It was very very deceptive. I wish I had a different printer.
