A very nice light weight printer. Was easy to set up and prints great. I was needing something to print front and back and this does that. Very quiet when printing. The only negative comment is the paper tray is not easy to use. Otherwise, I would recommend this printer.

I wanted a simple color printer with a larger screen readout that is easy to read. That is a really nice feature with the Envy! It is not cluttered with a lot of data so I can read it — that makes me happy. I wanted a printer that would print in color but with the ink cartridges I could easily clean, since I don’t print a lot and the ink can dry up. I recommend it.

It a good value for a basic printer with a few perks. Also like the instant ink deal that was available with my purchase. Only wish it were a little quieter but it is an ink jet. It works great fo all my scans, copies, photos and easy to follow the small screen prompts.

This printer was bought thanks to CNN UNDERSCORE vetting and customer reviews. I didn't need another printer BUT all of the accolades plus a very good price convinced me. The printer itself is a dream, set-up was easy and it just works flawlessly double sided as well as single. It is quiet, immediately responsive, cartridge changing is easy.

The printer was easy to setup with clear instructions. The cartridges really needed to be pressed in firmly (I failed three times before it worked), but printing itself was a breeze. The missing star is that printing requires the HP app and does not include the USB cable. I don't use apps on my laptop (personal preference, privacy, data) and wanted instructions on how to install a driver onto my computer. At least provide options for the customer beside apps. Also, I was surprised that a USB cable was not included. I am in my 30s and still security in a cable instead of WiFi. I think older folks might share a similar sentiment.

I haven't had the HP Envy6555e very long, so I gave it a four rather than a five. But that given, it has worked well since installing it. I did have a bit of a struggle installing it, but our 15 yr old grandson fixed that. At one point, I called HP support as the printer was not recognizing HP Smart and the support gentleman was very good.

I have been a loyal HP customer for years. I am an older person so I always used HP ink and followed directions. I had high expectations for this HP Envy 6555e but it is not on par with the other HP printers I have had. It does not print immediately. It says there is no internet connection, when there is (the blue light is on). I have had to uninstall it and re-install it to get it to print. This model is much more compact and lighter. To turn it on and off, I have to push a button in the back of it. I am disappointed with it.

I honestly hate this printer. The set-up took forever and the next day, it wouldn't print. I set it up again through the app and kept getting configuration errors. I downloaded the files and set up with a cord, same problem. Won't work, it's completely useless unless I go through the set-up process every day.

Dose not work quitely, does not meet the stander of the HP 5520 All-In-One printer, which was replace by the Hp Envy 6554e All in one printer. This hp 6554e is complicated to set up especially connecting to the internet. I wish i had the money to afford an HP $$$$$ printer. But I can't because now I'm poor and can't afford one that is better or comparable to the HP 5520 printer i had before it died. 😔😪

I wanted a simple printer. This is not that at all. It took 3 computer techs to install it, 2 with HP. And I still cannot print a copy of a document I put into the printer! The "on" "print" button does not come on.
