Everything about this printer works well for my purposes.

Runs beautifully and fairly easy to activate and connect to phones and tablets! Works easily with multiple systems (ie Apple or Android)!

Bought it in September 2025 for occasional home/office use. So far (according to the onboard diagnostic data) it has printed 23 black %26 white pages and 71 color pages for a total of 94 pages (some of which are blank due to the ink cartridge fault but still count as printed, so the rel number is probably just above 80 pages). HP 68 cartridges are supposed to print 160 pages (B%26W) and the color ones around 120. The printer UI shows there is still ink in the cartridges but each page prints a very opaque pink. I have tried removing the cartridges and using a damp tissue to reactivate the ink - nothing on the B%26W cartridge and only cyan and magenta activate on the color (no blue). I bought it with my Sam's Club credit card and am a Plus member so I am going to figure out whether I can return it beyond the 90 day window. 14% page print performance of the B%26W cartridge is utterly unacceptable.

You need a subscription for this to work. They force you to buy their products. once you get the subscription and you cancel, any ink you received will not be able to be used. This is a scam dont fall for it.

As a longtime and loyal HP user it was only natural for me to choose the HP6555e when replacing an older HP printer.

I haven’t been able to get it set up. It’s stuck in one mode and no on line help works

Replacement for personal use.

Simple to operate and very efficient. We use it for our household needs and are very happy with it.
