I’ve used the printer 5 times, already got a message that the ink was low. Ink was included with the new printer. And I’m suppose to get more free ink but I guess I have to get back in touch with HP!

Disappointed, it replaced my envy 5000series, the hook up was very difficult the copier is extremely slow and I really do not see quality and definition of copies like it should be

Why would anyone want anything that did not have HP on it Terrific printer and longevity with the ink

So far I’ve been really happy with this printer. Setup was easy and without complications. So far I’ve used it to print only, but the quality is great. It’s met all my expectations.

Simple to operate and very efficient. We use it for our household needs and are very happy with it.

HP's installation instructions failed online. I had to spend more on a printer expert than the computer cost to get it working.
