Up to now I haven’t had any problem with this new printer.

I purchased this printer as a replacement to our cannon printer. That printer lasted for years. I've only had this printer about 1 1/2 years and it dose not work. I spent hours troubleshooting and nothing. The printer wasnt used often. I wouldn't but it again.l or recommend to anyone.

This is my second HP Envy printer. Set up was easy although I had to switch to the mobile app from my laptop to finish the setup. The wifi was doing good but after 3 weeks, it was disconnecting. I had to do a reset and re-install the printer. Print quality is great and the instant ink is good.

Do not purchase, unable to print after only a couple months. Original genuine ink cartridges that came with the printer stopped working and keep getting errors "cartridges rejected" HP customer support refuses to help the only solution they are providing is to purchase new ink cartridges. When these are already new... DO NOT USE HP do not buy an HP printer with the letter e at the end of the model name.

This is the worst printer I have purchased. I have been using HP printers exclusively since my first purchase in 1995. I am extremely disappointed! While the actual printing is OK, it lacks some basic features: 1. You cannot print legal size paper. 2. You cannot copy anything with thickness (only one piece of paper as the top must completely shut to copy to copy). Forget copying things out of a book, magazine, your child’s hand, etc. Nothing other than a flat piece of paper. 3. The self feeding scanner feature misses parts of the page rendering the self feeding scanner feature useless. 4. Envelopes are extremely difficult to print regardless of settings. It continually prints incorrectly leaving ink on the spoiler to mess up the next few pages printed as well well. I am extremely disappointed in this product and advise you to find a different printer to purchase.

This printer is so user friendly and quiet.

Serves my needs. Satisfactory.

Why is the power switch on the back of the machine?

Not easy to connect, I have had to call support 2 times to get basic functionality
