Easy to install! Prints clear never smudged , printer does it all itself gr8 price easy to change ink , just tap what you want on the screen. This is the best printer I have had so far I am elderly and I manage it just fine. Print from my iPhone very easy. Love this printer !.

If you are a small contracting business and need to print documents occasionally then this is the printer for you. The App that accompanies the device is really great also. Scanning a document and emailing is a cinch. Buy it if you’re in the market for a new printer.

Bought it in September 2025 for occasional home/office use. So far (according to the onboard diagnostic data) it has printed 23 black %26 white pages and 71 color pages for a total of 94 pages (some of which are blank due to the ink cartridge fault but still count as printed, so the rel number is probably just above 80 pages). HP 68 cartridges are supposed to print 160 pages (B%26W) and the color ones around 120. The printer UI shows there is still ink in the cartridges but each page prints a very opaque pink. I have tried removing the cartridges and using a damp tissue to reactivate the ink - nothing on the B%26W cartridge and only cyan and magenta activate on the color (no blue). I bought it with my Sam's Club credit card and am a Plus member so I am going to figure out whether I can return it beyond the 90 day window. 14% page print performance of the B%26W cartridge is utterly unacceptable.

I love the fact that I can have a page or several and I can have the printed from my cell.. It has a very clear picture and I like fact that I can choose from black & white to switch back to color.. Also that it’s easy to operate as well.

It's literally a paperweight. I can't seem to keep it connected to my wifi. I can't get support on the phone to help me figure it out. Total waste of money.

The prints are good! It's easy to operate once you get used to it! The entry tray came to me broken. It is a very weak design! Any little pressure will cause it to pop out of it holders and it is not easy to replace it it!

Very disappointed because the printer worked for a couple o f months and all of a sudden it stopped working. It says it need to be set up but nothing is working dafter I have tried several times to set it up again.

I love the printer, but can't find softwear for the scanner. The places recomended don't solve my challenge. Been unable to scan for months. Sad for a company like HP.

It's taken a little exploring to figure out the WiFi connection issue after opening the paper tray, but I think I have it figured out and I'm happy with the product.

Bought this to replace the HP 5400 series. Love the white case! Set up was easy! It is a little noisy, but other than that, I’m very happy with it.
