Wonderful picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hooked up my TV on Tuesday for the first time and believe me, The picture is amazing The amount of channels they're offered with the Samsung Smart Plus program gives me the opportunity to have so many options to watch so many movies to watch and gives me the picture that I never thought was possible on TV. It also allows me to hook up my antenna which gives me more channels as well as my gaming system and believe me playing my game on this TV makes it feel like you're actually in the game. This will definitely be my go-to purchase for future TVs as the picture and sound quality cannot be matched, not found it in another brand yet.

60" UHD Bedroom TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a good TV for the cost, the picture is excellent and the slim remote is nice. The feet are easy to install which from the previous years you had to use actual screws to install which was awkward trying to hold the TV in the difficult position while installing this makes it a whole lot easier overall this is a great TV. Just wish you had more buttons on the remotes for personal settings.

Great but…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great tv but I'm unable to connect my soundbar that was working on my last older model Samsung. There is not a connection port for the soundbar. Also, some apps are not available on the tv, such as paramount plus. Or I haven't been able to figure how to add them.

Absolutely love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my tv day and night.The pictures always crystal clear and streaming is incredibly easy and I would definitely recommend it to everyone. Especially when you combine the sound bar and sub.I just love all my Samsung products Ive got 5-Samsung phones,3-tablets,1-headphones,and my watches got them all so far from the regular smart watch 3,4,4 classic,5 pro and hopefully I'll be able to get the 6 very soon but lastly is my Samsung Washer and Dryer. Like I said I love and recommend everything Samsung. So please keep up the Awesome work and I will definitely be a customer for life

Stopped working after 2 days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this (model DU6900F) for 2 days it was turned on/off 5 times. It would not turn on the 6th time, I replaced the batters in the remote it still would not turn on. I have used Samsung products for over 20 years. I have been very happy with all the products I have purchased (Refrigerator, Microwave, Range, Washer and Drier). I am very disappointed with this product.

nothappydan, I'm sorry that your DU6900 TV will not turn on. Please know we are here to help and have a few troubleshooting tips for you to try. Check the red standby light, a little red light at the edge of the TV that you aim the remote at. If it is on, it means that your TV is receiving power, and the culprit is likely the remote. Please try to power the TV on through the button below the Samsung logo. If it powers on, I recommend changing the batteries on the remote and possibly replacing the remote. If the red light below the TV is not on, please try the following: 1) Unplug the TV from its power source for 30 seconds. Then try to power it on again. 2) Try a different outlet that you have confirmed works properly 3) Press the Menu button on your remote. If the Menu appears, then this confirms your TV is powered on. Next, follow these steps: ・Confirm that the TV is set to the same source as the external device. ・Test the HDMI cable. Go to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information > HDMI Cable Test > Start Test. If the test says, the cable is bad, replace the cable. Service is not required. ・Test different external devices. The final thing to rule out is the external device you're using. Try connecting a different device or using a different source port. If the TV can display a picture in any other setup, then you've ruled the TV out as the cause of the issue. Keep trying various setups until you identify the device or cable that is not working and troubleshoot or replace it. Finally, if the red standby light is blinking, please try unplugging the TV for 30 seconds and then try again. Also, confirm that the outlet you are using works with other devices. This smart television has only two HDMI ports.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are having an extremely difficult time connecting our accessories like a dvd player, gaming system or even getting our Roku to work. We don't even watch this television as it is much to complicated to even use. A real pain. We made a huge mistake with this purchase. Would give no stars if that was an option

My New Ultra Crystal TV

It feels like I'm rediscovering all my favorite experiences in greater clarity. And there is no eye strain, I never feel stress watching with my new TV.

Really happy with this TV

Bought this a couple weeks ago, mostly use for watching streaming videos and couldn't be happier. Just a little calibration and you wouldn't know this was a budget UHD TV. Just upgraded from a nearly 10 year old Samsung 4K TV, it was a bit of a learning curve with the remote but really like it all!

Excellent TV

With its crystal clear pictures, the perfect sound quality, which I might add, no sound bar is needed. No to mention the size is absolutely perfect to watch a good movie on. When you have a great quality TV, with a crystal clear picture, and the quality of sound that can allow you to get rid of your sound bar, then I would have to add that you have found the perfect TV. We bought 3! One for our den/family room, one for our master bedroom, and one for our sons "guest room", which is a room specifically designed for him and his friends to play their video games or watch movies that they like. The decision to purchase the 3 TV's and this brand, the Samsung DU 690O Crystal UHD TV (2024) was probably one of the best decesions we have recently made. Thanks Samsung.

The only brand TV I will buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a Director of Environmental Services for two Nursing homes. I go through alot of TV's of all brands. Samsung is the only TV that not only gets the job done but lasts. There's one thing about Nursing home residents, they love their TV. Samsung is the simplest and most reliable tv's available. I have only samsung TV's in my home as well.
