Spectrum App not available

Poor Applications Inoperability, chatted with Samsung Expert and they were absolutely useless help - NO Spectrum App available. I have 7 other Samsung Smart TVs and this is the first that is a huge disappointment.

Hi JDRam, Thank you for your feedback on the DU6900 TV. Please know the Spectrum app is available for download in the built-in app store. To download new apps, go to Home> Apps> Search> and search for the Spectrum app. From there, you can download the app and sign into your account. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you! I'd buy a used 19" black and white tv from the 60's before I would ever buy another one of these.
