Get rid of the lady voice.

I love my new TV!!! Can't stand the creepy lady voice that announces everything that happens when I push a button. Can't figure out how to get her off. You would get a five star if you would take her off!! Drives me bonkers!! Makes me angry 🤬 Disturbs my peace ☮️

Love my new TV!

I recently brought my new TV and I love it. It is so easy to navigate to watch shows display on different streaming platforms. The only problem I had is learning how to use the volume button. I had to have my teenage grandson show me how it works. I was use to pushing down on remote buttons and didn't realize it was a push up and down button. Got love new technology!

Where's my Bluetooth?

Got my tv from my son for Christmas. I was so excited! Everything works fine except I can only connect to one Bluetooth external device. That happens to be my cable provider's remote control!! Consequently, earphones, gaming devices, cell phones—nothing else Bluetooth related can be connected. I didn't know they even made any Bluetooth devices that could only connect to one device. Anyhow, I'm stuck with a large screen that I can't use for pictures of my family and I can't view the videos my 3 grandsons send me from college. I'm not angry, just frustrated because this is the first of the Samsung electronics/appliances that has ever caused me a problem.

Durable and smart

Amazing TV With Some Minor Flaws

For it's price, this TV is an absolute steal. Deep rich colors with a very sharp image. Two flaws keep this TV from being perfect for me. One being the OS is extremely sluggish. We use the smart features on this device to watch streaming services and other applications and it tends to hang loading a lot. The other issue is on black screens or very dark images, you can see a bit of LED bloom from the panel. It's not so bad to the point of looking terrible but it is noticable.

Follow the directions and easy set-up--Happy Campe

I have been waffling in purchasing a smart TV and the set-up of it. I do live by myself. Well, I certainly would recommend 2 people to assist you with the set-up-- the directions indicate this. Two people are needed to carefully remove the TV from the box and lift it onto the stand. The set-up was mostly easy, just patience and carefully reading the screen. I do still have cable plus apps I previous have. It is fairly easy to navigate and it helped me understand TVs when I recently travelled out of the country. The clarity, sound and easy of using the TV is wonderful. Now, just to take the plunge and get rid of cable!

Excellent!!

The first thing I liked was that the legs could be installed close to the center so I didn't need a longer entertainment stand! Due to the newer technology this TV no longer had an optical audio port so I had to purchase a new surround sound receiver and use the HDMI connection. Samsung is the only brand that has Spectrum cable app on their sets so this made it easy to connect to my wi-fi Internet. No cable box, no Roku, or coaxial cable hooked up to the TV! Only the HDMI to my Yamaha receiver. The only negative was the new tiny remote. I went online and ordered the same remote that my 2021 Samsung has. It's still programmed the same so it works great.

Disappointed

In 2009 we got our first Samsung. Live love loved it. being disabled I could not be more happy with that remote control. I could place it on my tray and use it with complete ease. The 85" tv we just got SUCKS!!! Can't use the remote at all. Had I known they changed the remote I would not bought it.
