Samsung is my favorite TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always been satisfied with Samsungs TVs. They are sturdy, dependable and easy to program and use. Normally they have crystal clear pictures and great sound. The only reason I'm giving this TV 4 stars is because the picture is clear - but it's not as crisp as the ones I've owned in the past. Most times the picture looks like it will step off the screen with my other Samsungs. This one isn't quite that sharpe and left me a little disappointed. But I guess you get what you pay for and the tube is great in all other aspects.

Only great feature is the sharp picture

This TV is very difficult to operate, I'm 80 years old and the more bells and whistles makes it even more difficult. When I watch Netflix then try and go back to a network it goes to MD1 and won't connect. I have to shut it off and start over. Companies seem to think everyone is technically able to navigate all the extras.

Excellent!!

The first thing I liked was that the legs could be installed close to the center so I didn't need a longer entertainment stand! Due to the newer technology this TV no longer had an optical audio port so I had to purchase a new surround sound receiver and use the HDMI connection. Samsung is the only brand that has Spectrum cable app on their sets so this made it easy to connect to my wi-fi Internet. No cable box, no Roku, or coaxial cable hooked up to the TV! Only the HDMI to my Yamaha receiver. The only negative was the new tiny remote. I went online and ordered the same remote that my 2021 Samsung has. It's still programmed the same so it works great.

Amazing TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first brand new TV I've ever bought , after having a Plasma TV for the last 15 years this new Samsung feels like I'm in the tv lol. The picture is so crisp on it and it's so easy to setup and operate.

Great TV for the price

Bought this TV a few months ago and I really love the picture quality and clarity. Biggest drawback is the tiny remote that comes with it. It is hard to navigate and time consuming to get to what you want to watch. I downloaded a full button compatible remote on my IPad and I use that instead of the original remote

CONTINEUOSELY CHANGEING

I've owned this TV for about 3 months and I'm still getting use to it. Espeially when the TV seems to be continuiously changing how it operates. It never stays in a mode where I know how to really operate it without having to learn a new change I didn't request and find my answer by trial and error without having to call for aupport.

Best Value TV with Outstanding Quality

The large screen enhances the viewing experience, and I initially bought it with price as my main consideration, but it exceeded all my expectations. The interface is intuitive, fast, and packed with smart features, there's nothing missing. For the price, the quality is outstanding, and when it comes to Samsung, I know I can trust it. This is actually my second purchase, the first one was for my house, and this one is for my parents' bedroom. They're very satisfied with it. They frequently connect it to their computer as well, to watch broadcasts, and everything runs smoothly without any issues!

Typically Samsung Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only try to get Samsung TV's for my home as I like the quality of Samsung and the picture quality is very good. My only complaint is that the remote that comes with this TV is small and not lit up so you can see the buttons. Other than that I would recommend any Samsung TV, in fact we bought the 55" for our basement living room and a 40" for our bedroom.

Decent enough TV, but there's room for improvement

To start off, I should say, I'd give it .25 or .5 more stars. But it's not possible so I'll give it a solid 4. Not quite a 5 star product. I bought this in October 2024, so I've had time to completely get the feel for it. I came from an old Sony TV (not a smart TV) and I used a Roku device for streaming. I do prefer the layout of the Roku set up over this Samsung Smart TV. However, I do appreciate only having to use one remote for everything. I think having an option to increase the font size and the app tiles would be extremely beneficial. Anyone with vision problems will absolutely struggle with using this TV. Even the remote buttons are on the small side. Yes, there is an option to use a voice command, but if you're not able to see very well, your not going to be able to find the mic button to start with. The home screen could use a bit of an adjustment as well. It's too cluttered or busy. The sound and graphics are fantastic. It's probably even the reason why I didn't end up returning it. Once you're in an app (ex. Hulu, Netflix, Prime, etc) the programs are gorgeous. Great quality playback.
