Excellent - most of the time
While the picture and sound are excellent, there appear to be recurring software issues. One day everything is fine, the next the system does not understand voice commands and fails to connect to the internet. I have four other TVs in my home (two of them Samsung) and there are no issues.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update. Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. Beautiful picture, easy streaming access.
I am enjoying the new television very much; the picture is beautiful and access to streaming is easier than ever. However, I had a great deal of difficulty getting the device to pair with my Bose sound system. I finally had to purchase cables and a Blue Tooth to get the TV to pair with it. And every time I turn the TV on, I have to wait for the pop-up to ask me if I want to use the Bose. That's annoying. Maybe I need to ask a teenager to look at the "pairing" issue for me.

Christmas gift picture is great. We have run into a major problem. Husband is hard of hearing no jack in back to plug head phones into!! He can not watch the tv and hear it. W have been told this is the only tv made like this. Our bad luck !!problem

Great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung TV has the best and clearest picture then any other brand that I have had in the past. I have my Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X hooked up too it and it just enhances the visual performance of the systems. Love the fact that Samsung provides free TV with all their Samsung TVs and phones which does help the pocket in saving money. I would always recommend Samsung TVs as a go too product too anyone and say too them that they are missing out on all the amazing features that these TVs has too offer. Keep up the good work Samsung and can't wait for whatever new you have too offer, in the near future.
Does not load Amazon
After a month of you, it would stop loading the Amazon prime. I have to unplug and restart the television every time so it will load the streaming services. Have not had a chance to call Samsung yet about it, but hopefully there will be a fix or replacement. I will update my review on the problem is addressed other than that it's a good sound and picture quality.
Hello, To help resolve the issue with the Prime Video app, I recommend running a cold reboot on your TV. There are two ways to do this: 1) Using the Remote: For most people, the easiest way is to hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds. 2) Using the Plug: If you do not have the remote, unplug your TV from the wall outlet or surge protector, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. Next, I recommend ensuring the app is up to date by going to “Apps” on your Smart TV and selecting “Settings” from the top right corner. Next, select the Prime Video app and select "Update," if available. If the issue persists or if there is no Update available, we will try deleting and reinstalling the app. To do so, navigate to “Apps” on your Smart TV and select “Settings” from the top right corner. Next, select the app. Finally, select Delete, and select Delete again to confirm. Then we will reinstall the app by returning to “Apps” on your Smart TV and selecting “Settings” from the top right corner. Click on “Prime Video” and then select “Reinstall.” Also, please ensure you are running the latest Firmware update. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. Great picture while it lasted
I usually buy samsung no questions asked. But I just got this 65in crystal uhd tv and it's been 12 days and I got the black screen of death. After this and our washer and dryer sucking I'll be questioning buying samsung outside of cell phones. Just swapped the TV for another one at the store fingers crossed it was just a bad tv
Monkss, If you've switched on your TV and the sound comes through fine, but you do not see any picture, there are three potential issues. 1) A connection issue is the most common problem where there is a bad connection, faulty cables, or improper installation. 2) An issue with the device connected to the TV. There may be a video output setting on the device that you must set properly before it will output to the TV. 3) There is something wrong with the TV, requiring a technician to assess the TV and find a solution. Love the gaming features.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the TV so my girlfriend could watch tv in our bedroom and I could stream Xbox straight to the TV. I can now play Xbox in my bedroom without having to move the Xbox series x out of the living room. It is the big reasons why I prefer Samsung tv as I think they are the only ones able to do this and it works almost flawlessly most of the time. I am sure when it does glitch that it is probably the internet speed droping down. Also playing games like Pacman and trivia with the remote is pretty fun for a quick session waiting to watch a movie or TV show. Would recomond this TV to any fellow gamers who don't want to shell out more money for another xbox because gamepass works well on this tv. Even if you don't have Xbox, you can still buy games on your account and just play them streaming onto the TV. It doesn't have every game on the system, but it is amazing purchase and will buy another Samsung tv in the future.
Great picture...but...
I am impressed with the picture quality, but have had issues with my cable box intermittently not being recognized by the television. I did a complete reset after contacting Samsung support, and it seemed to resolve the issue, but then happened once again on turning on the set and getting a 'No Signal' message in the 'Comcast, last viewing' display. Checking for HDMI 1 connection was found okay. Turning on/off television resolved issue, but unsure again each time I turn on set if my cable will come through.

I wanted to wait a little while before reviewing. Bought 4 months ago. Love every single thing about it!!! Well, okay, the remote. It's 2025 and time to make the remote bigger, more able to read the buttons and prefer for it to glow in the dark. I swear I lose it daily and need my phone light to change channels.
