Disappointed with lack of customization

Very disappointing that this TV is not compatible with HDHomeRun silicon dust states by email: “ We do not have an app for Samsung at this time. We have tried on multiple occasions to get an app for Samsung only to be repeatedly thwarted by Samsung. We are working on another version but have no real hope that it will actually get approved”. Samsung please stop stonewalling this

EyeMayZing Details

This was one of the best decisions that I've made in a long time. The price was within my budget. It is very well made with clean designs. And, the very best part is the color and quality of the pictures. I can almost see the textures on the fabrics of my DIY shows. Bonus,,easy to maneuver

Good tv set, most of the time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most I do enjoy the tv, image is sharp and the standard fetures are okay. The few things I don't like is the wifi connection just cuts out for no reason, sometimes I've had to unplug the tv so it would connect again. Also would've like to see more inputs.

Easy Remote with just a few buttons

Upgraded from an older Samsung model, which had a remote with lots of buttons. This new remote with very few buttons is easier to navigate in the dark. Surprisingly, the old remote seems compatible, just in case. The setup was quite easy by logging into my Samsung account and having the settings from another new Samsung TV that I recently bought automatically apply to this one. What a time saver. Picture and sound quality, even without a sound bar, are excellent.

Only great feature is the sharp picture

This TV is very difficult to operate, I'm 80 years old and the more bells and whistles makes it even more difficult. When I watch Netflix then try and go back to a network it goes to MD1 and won't connect. I have to shut it off and start over. Companies seem to think everyone is technically able to navigate all the extras.

poor pictures

I got this TV as a gift for Christmas. It was a replacement for my Sony 1080 which was 20 years old and worked well. The bottom line is that the Samsung does not have the same quality picture my old Sony. I am very disappointed. Can you help me with this problem?

Go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching. CONTINEUOSELY CHANGEING

I've owned this TV for about 3 months and I'm still getting use to it. Espeially when the TV seems to be continuiously changing how it operates. It never stays in a mode where I know how to really operate it without having to learn a new change I didn't request and find my answer by trial and error without having to call for aupport.

Great TV & Surround System Pairing.

Love the gaming features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the TV so my girlfriend could watch tv in our bedroom and I could stream Xbox straight to the TV. I can now play Xbox in my bedroom without having to move the Xbox series x out of the living room. It is the big reasons why I prefer Samsung tv as I think they are the only ones able to do this and it works almost flawlessly most of the time. I am sure when it does glitch that it is probably the internet speed droping down. Also playing games like Pacman and trivia with the remote is pretty fun for a quick session waiting to watch a movie or TV show. Would recomond this TV to any fellow gamers who don't want to shell out more money for another xbox because gamepass works well on this tv. Even if you don't have Xbox, you can still buy games on your account and just play them streaming onto the TV. It doesn't have every game on the system, but it is amazing purchase and will buy another Samsung tv in the future.
