Great picture quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently picked up the Samsung UN65DU6900DXZA, and honestly, I'm thrilled with it, especially considering the price! I was looking for a big screen to upgrade my living room, but didn't want to break the bank. This TV hit the sweet spot. The picture quality is fantastic. The 4K Crystal UHD is really noticeable – the colors are vibrant, and everything looks sharp and clear. I've been watching a lot of movies and shows, and I'm consistently impressed with how good everything looks. Even fast-paced action scenes are smooth, with minimal blur. I'm not a tech expert, but I know what looks good, and this TV delivers. Setup was a breeze. I had it out of the box and running in no time, and the Tizen smart TV interface is intuitive. I can easily access all my streaming apps, and the processor is quick enough that navigating menus and launching apps is snappy. For the price, I honestly don't think you can find a better 65-inch 4K TV. It's a great value, and I'm really happy with my purchase. If you're looking for a big, beautiful TV without spending a fortune, this is it.

Typically Samsung Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only try to get Samsung TV's for my home as I like the quality of Samsung and the picture quality is very good. My only complaint is that the remote that comes with this TV is small and not lit up so you can see the buttons. Other than that I would recommend any Samsung TV, in fact we bought the 55" for our basement living room and a 40" for our bedroom.

Great TV. Needs and Digital Audio Output.

I have had this TV for a month and love the clarity of the screen. The audio is also pretty good though I am a little disappointed that there was not a Digital Audio Output, which I wrongly thought was standard on today's televisions (but shame on me for not researching more). I tried using an HDMI (eARC) to connect to my audio receiver, but it did not work. Otherwise, highly recommended

Samsung is my favorite TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always been satisfied with Samsungs TVs. They are sturdy, dependable and easy to program and use. Normally they have crystal clear pictures and great sound. The only reason I'm giving this TV 4 stars is because the picture is clear - but it's not as crisp as the ones I've owned in the past. Most times the picture looks like it will step off the screen with my other Samsungs. This one isn't quite that sharpe and left me a little disappointed. But I guess you get what you pay for and the tube is great in all other aspects.

Love the gaming features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the TV so my girlfriend could watch tv in our bedroom and I could stream Xbox straight to the TV. I can now play Xbox in my bedroom without having to move the Xbox series x out of the living room. It is the big reasons why I prefer Samsung tv as I think they are the only ones able to do this and it works almost flawlessly most of the time. I am sure when it does glitch that it is probably the internet speed droping down. Also playing games like Pacman and trivia with the remote is pretty fun for a quick session waiting to watch a movie or TV show. Would recomond this TV to any fellow gamers who don't want to shell out more money for another xbox because gamepass works well on this tv. Even if you don't have Xbox, you can still buy games on your account and just play them streaming onto the TV. It doesn't have every game on the system, but it is amazing purchase and will buy another Samsung tv in the future.

Good tv set, most of the time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most I do enjoy the tv, image is sharp and the standard fetures are okay. The few things I don't like is the wifi connection just cuts out for no reason, sometimes I've had to unplug the tv so it would connect again. Also would've like to see more inputs.

Great picture...but...

I am impressed with the picture quality, but have had issues with my cable box intermittently not being recognized by the television. I did a complete reset after contacting Samsung support, and it seemed to resolve the issue, but then happened once again on turning on the set and getting a 'No Signal' message in the 'Comcast, last viewing' display. Checking for HDMI 1 connection was found okay. Turning on/off television resolved issue, but unsure again each time I turn on set if my cable will come through.

This is a great product

I am a true samsung girly every tv in my house is samsung I love the features on the devices and when I say people be sleeping on samsung tv plus it's just like having free cable tv I love it down

Get rid of the lady voice.

I love my new TV!!! Can't stand the creepy lady voice that announces everything that happens when I push a button. Can't figure out how to get her off. You would get a five star if you would take her off!! Drives me bonkers!! Makes me angry 🤬 Disturbs my peace ☮️

Software issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV all the sudden stopped working when I turn it on it only stays on for 10 seconds before turning off for 10 seconds and turns back on and off and on and the only way to shut it off is by unplugging it

Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue: 1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection. 2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it), or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable. 3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. 4) If the power cycling allows enough time between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes, depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. If the issue persists after these steps, then the TV will likely need service. Please contact us so that we can better investigate your issue and assist you with a solution or replacement.
