Amazing TV With Some Minor Flaws

For it's price, this TV is an absolute steal. Deep rich colors with a very sharp image. Two flaws keep this TV from being perfect for me. One being the OS is extremely sluggish. We use the smart features on this device to watch streaming services and other applications and it tends to hang loading a lot. The other issue is on black screens or very dark images, you can see a bit of LED bloom from the panel. It's not so bad to the point of looking terrible but it is noticable.

Great picture while it lasted

I usually buy samsung no questions asked. But I just got this 65in crystal uhd tv and it's been 12 days and I got the black screen of death. After this and our washer and dryer sucking I'll be questioning buying samsung outside of cell phones. Just swapped the TV for another one at the store fingers crossed it was just a bad tv

Monkss, If you've switched on your TV and the sound comes through fine, but you do not see any picture, there are three potential issues. 1) A connection issue is the most common problem where there is a bad connection, faulty cables, or improper installation. 2) An issue with the device connected to the TV. There may be a video output setting on the device that you must set properly before it will output to the TV. 3) There is something wrong with the TV, requiring a technician to assess the TV and find a solution. Awesome and affordable

This is a great product

I am a true samsung girly every tv in my house is samsung I love the features on the devices and when I say people be sleeping on samsung tv plus it's just like having free cable tv I love it down

Lacking features

I received this TV as a Christmas gift. It looks fine, but the internal speaker system is awful. This unit only has two HDMI inputs and a USB. I like listening to my TV through my stereo system. I had to buy a BlueTooth adaptor to plug into my stereo. The audio and video are so far off that I'm force to listen to the internal speakers. I would not have purchased this TV, but it was a gift. I'll deal with it.

You can change the Sound Mode by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode. You can also customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings. To address the audio delay, you may want to try the Audio Pass-Through feature. This feature allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external Soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external Soundbar or receiver then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay. To activate this feature, go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > set to Pass-Through. You can also purchase an HDMI to Optical Converter to pair your stereo system directly to the TV via cable. If you need further assistance, we would be happy to help! This TV is phenomenal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a former Vizio owner and decided to try out Samsung because my parents have a Samsung TV and they absolutely love it and the picture quality is amazing. It feels like you are in the series that you're watching. I love the Samsung plus. There are so many shows on their free programming that I find myself not watching the other TV providers that I pay subscriptions to. You can't go wrong with the Samsung TV. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Purely functional big screen TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over-All, quite please with our 65" UHD TV. Here's the good: Pretty easy to set up, not overly complicated to use. Lots of options regarding Hulu, Netflix, Prime, etc. More Free over the air TV channels than anyone needs. The Marginal: My only real grip is the remote, for a lot of reasons. It's small, has few buttons and all black with minimal markings to identify the buttons. The bad: Not really anything that I can think of.

Love my new Samsung tv!!

And love that it's a Samsung iv always been a fan. All my phones have been Samsung and my watch and galaxy book. So it's nice to have smartthings on my tv to connect with all of my devices!! Typically Samsung Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only try to get Samsung TV's for my home as I like the quality of Samsung and the picture quality is very good. My only complaint is that the remote that comes with this TV is small and not lit up so you can see the buttons. Other than that I would recommend any Samsung TV, in fact we bought the 55" for our basement living room and a 40" for our bedroom.
