I love my Samsung TV. Features are great, it's much better to download your apps through the Samsung TV versus loading it on Roku. With ROKU it bleeps in and out and it's not a good display but with Samsung, I have no problems when I download my apps like Netflix and Prime.

I've had this tv for about 6-8 months now and I have to say, it's nice. I'm not a big tv guy so this was great for my family. Ease of controls, connecting to network, and ease of apps is great! The only thing I don't like is that I can't change apps on the Home Screen to put the ones we watch the most up there instead of others. Minor though. I would buy this again. I have 2 other tvs in my house and I prefer this tv over the other two I have. It also has a really great picture as well, now again, I'm not a big tv guy so to me this is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this in the living room and watch TV and stream movies all day. The picture and sound quality are phenomenal don't have any complaints. When you are scrolling through the home menu to find something to stream there is no delay or lag.

worst TV ever purchased. Horrific picture quality and lack of settings to adjust it made it unwatchable. Took it down within 36 hours and bought a much higher quality TV from a different manufacturer. The fact Samsung would make & sell something so bad regardless of the price is ridiculous and enough proof they don't care about their customers hard earned money.

Picture is great if and when I work through the maze of selections and questions. My eyesight is getting worse and all the small print on the icons is very challenging. Purchased a voice remote but it still asks question on screen. I have.considered bring my unsmart tv back..

While in the store to purchase they had this one a Qled and a neo all side by side. And to me I couldn't tell the difference, So I went with this one. It also has free internet TV that I also watch movies on and some older tv shows from when I was young. So if you are on the fence about this. Let me help you out. This 65 inch is just as good as the others but costs less.

Wanna connect it to my laptop wirelessly? Sold. This thing is amazing. And if you have other smart thing in the house from Samsung you could evem co troll those as well.

I bought this a few months ago. The menus and software are an improvement over the 3 other older Samsung TV's I have. The remote control is improved and easy to use. The settings menu for changing settings is slow though. Samsung TV and its guide are nice and easy to use.
