If I knew how difficult it would be to navigate the poorly designed interface with the wretched remote control that they give you, I would never have bought this tv. The picture quality is good though. I did not return the tv because I have been having health problems, otherwise I would. I think Samsung shot themselves in the foot with this third rate remote control, I just can't believe they did something this stupid.

The picture quality on this TV is absolutely stunning. The display is crisp, vibrant, and the movie mode makes a huge difference when we're watching films—it feels like a theater experience at home. The size is just right for our space, and the smart features are super convenient. I especially appreciate the phone app remote option—it's a lifesaver when our toddler misplaces the actual remote. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV for streaming as well as playing games on my Playstation 5. The quality of the picture is perfect and can be adapted for gaming mode. The sound quality is nice. The only downfall I have is the remote size which has nothing to do with the quality of the TV itself. I became accustomed to the standard Samsung remote and was shocked to see a different design. Not bad but definitely more compact and more likely to misplace it.

This television was given to us as a gift from our children this past December. About 3 months in, it started making squealing sounds on and off, not all the time. The picture is great but the issues with the sound would cause me not to buy another one.

When setup this new TV was snappy and intuitive. It even connects seamlessly with my Galaxy series phone! The screen looks great and the colors pop. The amount of apps is very helpful, giving access to all the content we want. The only things that I can critique right now would be the slight difficulty in switching to other connected devices and the auto selection feature it makes when certain things to get connected. Overall, it is a very good TV and would recommend.

Samsung makes a superior TV. We presently own five over two locations. Our last two purchases give us the ability to use Samsung TV, but the two Smart TV's bought several years back are not capable of receiving Samsung TV and we have had to use Roku instead. It would be great if Samsung would come up with a device to enable our older Smart TV's that are in compatible with Samsung TV to be able to watch Samsung TV on those older, but not so old smart TVs.

But once you get where you need to go, it gives you the smoothest, brightest, high quality content on whatever it is you are streaming. The AI enhancement features make it really cool!

With the most trustable name in tge market SAMSUNG you will get their TIZEN os. Which cares about your privacy unlike other smart tv os,s in the market. But with all the positives, there is one negative which is its Update. Which has made my tv a bit faster but there are bluetooth connection issue and wifi wireless connection issues, due to this i havr to use eathernet cable.

With that being said this is mainly used by my kids who like to watch their own shows and flip between apps fairly quickly. The good thing is it get you to the home page really quickly, not sure why it takes about 20-40 seconds to boot and app. So switching from Netflix to YouTube will take a bit. If you are okay with waiting. Get this tv.
