[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is great. I love the interface and how it looks. It connects seamlessly to all of my apps. The screen is so clear, the people look realistic. Sounds is a little low but over all it's pretty good. We re going the Samsung TV plus option. I'm loving how it connects to my watch and helps with my workouts. My kids especially love The Game app and how it automatically changes the input when they want to play the Switch. Overall this was a successful purchase for my family. Oh bonus the size upgrade is a huge perk too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually watch just Hulu, YouTube and Soundcloud when i connect my phone. I use my Samsung sound bar along with it and the quality is none other, at just 30 you can hear it anywhere in my house. Connecting my phone was a breeze too.

Even though it is not a QLED it has a very good picture. It was easy to set up and program. Price was very reasonable. Samsung Plus is one of the best live tv options of any brand. I speak from experience as this is our second Samsung tv. We also have a 65 QLED. Samsung has one of the highest quality ratings in the industry and you can never go wrong when you spend your hard earned money on one.

It has a great picture but in my opinion there are a few shortfalls as well. The audio on this television is not as enticing as on our previous set. Also adding apps and using the remote is rather cofusing. The menu shows that there is voice commands yet nothing on the remote that allows to activate voice command. Overall, for the price, it's a great television but I would have paid more to have an enhanced sound system and a better remote control.

I purchased a Samsung Model model UN55DU6900FZA Television in late 2024. We have a home full of Samsung products, pretty much they made it we own it. I just went to install a GN Resound TV Streamer (transmits the audio to my hearing aids) to the audio out on the TV purchased late in 2024. I am sure you can imagine how mad I was to find there is NO audio out of any kind on this model. Had I known that, I would NEVER had purchased this TV. I will never purchase another Samsung Product. This should be standard practice and required by the U.S. Government ADA.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE our new tv it works beautifully and was so easy to set up. The price was an absolute steal and I didn't even realize that you could play Xbox on it until after we bought it! I was blown away with all the options and the picture.

Everything is good with TV, except, during the 5 months owned, the audio doesn't come on about 4-5 times. Called a CSR and she said it must be a glitch. Told me to pull out the plug, wait 30 seconds and plug back in. It did work when instructions was done. Question is why this is happening at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently decided to splurge & buy a Samsung TV for myself, which I was hesitant to do because supposedly there are tons of other models currently available that are just as good and for 1/2 the cost, but man am I extremely pleased I chose this TV!! The Crystal UHD 4k's picture is beautiful & crystal clear & its got the best sound out of any tv I've ever owned! Sounds was one of my biggest issues & complaints with all my previous tv's, but not anymore! it's no longer an issue at all. The Crystal UHD 4k has superb sound, I only wish I could afford to run out and buy a Samsung soundbar/surround sound system so I could take advantage of the Q-Symphany features this model offers, because I'm sure it will be epic, but I'll definitely be saving up for it or maybe I'll get lucky and someone will buy it for me for my upcoming birthday?! I love this tv for all the features that are important when buying a TV and all the less important aspects, such as the apps/homescreen layout functionality &/or its annoying-not thought-out very well and Not user friendly- remote control, well these insignificant cons are not even a concern & I'd recommend this tv w/out ever giving those Cons a second thought; because in comparison to all the other tv models I've owned- THIS SAMSUNG TV KICKS ALL OF THEIR BUTTS!! this model was well worth every penny paid!
