I bought this TV because of its reviews and price. I must say I was pleasantly surprised about how much I liked the TV. Colors were bright and the picture was clear. Truly showing the benefits of 4K. I read the user guide and set up of my TV went smoothly. I have bought Samsung QLED models previously and still wish to buy one when situations arise. This is why I wrote this review. In many ways this Crystal UHD performed as well as my QLED. I highly recommend this TV if you are interested in quality at a great price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this TV for gaming as well as movies and shows. The app connectivity is nice. A more friendly UI with more options would be nice though but it still works well. The biggest downside is that it died on me not too long outside of the 1 year warranty. Never made it to 2 years sadly but I do hope to purchase another Samsung TV in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung is mounted on my bedroom wall, after a hard day's work I retire to relax and to be welcomed by a picture that is out of this world! Phenomenal picture that seems so lifelike that I have trouble describing! The colors are so vivid and picture is awesome. I will never buy another brand, this is my first Samsung and it won't be my last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointing interface to sound bar. Can only BT to Samsung soundbar which causes delay in lip synch on tv. Very annoying. TV is Meh. Had seen other TV's with similar specs that seemed to have better image quality. TV image is decent, but not amazing. Would not recommend unit for another purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The remote that came with the TV works ok if your are within 10 ft and in front of it. Would prefer a remote with no's or guide for selections If you are farther away or at a angle remote does not work. Install new batteries still same. I have the Spectrum TV app loaded and when you change to another app, i sometime have to delete Spectrum TV app and reload to watch stations. Don't know why the Samsung TV drops the Spectrum TV app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Image looks good and clear, love that. I don't like the sound very much it sometimes comes in and out in sound of voice and background. Most of the time the background is louder than the voices or vice versa. I've had some issues streaming when one of the apps doesn't load and I have to restart the tv to be able to open said app. Otherwise good experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv has Samsung TV plus which is so helpful because I don't really need any other streaming apps! I can watch literally anything on this TV. The screen is beautiful and so realistic! This.is an all around amazing TV!

Very disappointed w/ this TV. I would quickly return to old tv if I did not need to pay a friend to hook it up. My analog tv in other room is far easier to use. New 50" is hard to turn on/off, use mute, connect. All buttons must be pushed exactly for correct interval. Turn on gives what 14 icons or so of no interest. How about just on/off, hd settings, and connections. I do not need and did not ask for all the options d This is 3rd attempt to respond to your survey.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a ton of features or connections if you are a tv-holic or in to the best of features. With that said, if you need a tv that is easy to use, has all of the basic smart features, and is very cheap...then this would be a great pick in my opinion!
