The only complaint I have, is there are no buttons. I lost my remote control and could not find but a power button. Other than that, its a great product.

Image quality, reliability, and durability have always been paramount with my Samsung equipment. My one extreme frustration with Samsung is their refusal to include gigabit ethernet ports in TVs. Why do you insist on 10/100 - jump into the new century for Pete sake!!

Also, I wish you ran it 120 frames per second it's a max is out of 80 or 60 something like that and with a PS4 or Xbox series X that makes a huge difference double the frames but for the price you cannot beat that TV by that price point.

I bought this TV because of its reviews and price. I must say I was pleasantly surprised about how much I liked the TV. Colors were bright and the picture was clear. Truly showing the benefits of 4K. I read the user guide and set up of my TV went smoothly. I have bought Samsung QLED models previously and still wish to buy one when situations arise. This is why I wrote this review. In many ways this Crystal UHD performed as well as my QLED. I highly recommend this TV if you are interested in quality at a great price.

if i could marry this TV, i would. the picture quality? phenomenal. the ease of using it? amazing. the size? perfect. this TV has made my bed rotting sessions after 3 long 12hr shifts at the hospital an immaculate experience. even when i'm trying to fall asleep and i put on some white noise through the youtube app it's fabulous. samsung ilysm

The colors are bright, the refresh rate is perfect, it syncs with my phone instantly, and it's just a great bargain. I'd try and get another if I had more room. It's huge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung is mounted on my bedroom wall, after a hard day's work I retire to relax and to be welcomed by a picture that is out of this world! Phenomenal picture that seems so lifelike that I have trouble describing! The colors are so vivid and picture is awesome. I will never buy another brand, this is my first Samsung and it won't be my last.

Since its installation, I have had problems with the sound. It makes a popping noise when CHANGING THE CHANNELS, NOT EVEN USING THE SOUND BUTTON. I have called 3 times to report the problem and each time I was told the same thing. Unplug the TV from the wall, leave off and then restart, that should clear the problem, does not. Last time I had to go through a factory reset, lost all my passwords for features on the TV and had to reset everything. The TV still makes a popping sound when changing the channels. Not only that there is not a feature on the TV to have stereo sound or theatrer sound, very inadequate for the sound system. There are some stations I have to cut the sound up to 47-50 in order to hear it.

There is a couple things we need to say the remote control has problems hard to turn the volume up and down because of the remote doesn't connect with the tv very well and there is no voice control to the remote.
