Pretty bummed the milk frother does not heat the milk. You have to heat it separately. Having used a different machine the past couple years that heated the milk, I got a little spoiled. The digital controls are pretty cool and fairly simple to operate without the instructions. I have not used the iced coffee feature yet, but I'm looking forward to it and am hopeful it will turn out as good as the pictures!

I have had many coffeemakers… different brands and features… but this is at the top of list of favorites. I love that I only need 1 machine to do the work of 2-3-4? I can get HOT water or a single cup of coffee, also a pot of brewed coffee or a specialty drink. There are so many features it’s awesome! I have had it about a month and so far it is great!

I cannot say enough. I have raved to everyone I know about how great my Ninja DualBrew is. I have saved so much money on Cappuccino's. I just love my weekends sitting w my Cappuccino and a good book. Cannot say enough about it. For work the carafe is great to fill my travel mug and go. I have everything I need in one.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the negative reviews on this product. This unit has no warming plate, and while the coffee is piping hot in the beginning, it doesn't stay hot enough in the stainless steel carafe. And, then there is the grounds issue. If you use more than 2 scoops for carafe brewing, there will be grounds overflow into the pot. For pod brewing if you use the 12 ounce option, there will be grounds in your cup, and it will sometimes happen on the 10 ounce setting as well.

We love this coffee pot. My husband and I like different kinds of coffee so this pot is perfect for us. The only issue we have found is that sometimes there are grounds in the bottom of your cup when using the k cups. I love the frothing capability. It's like you bought your coffee from a cafe.

I'd been wanting a k-cup type coffee maker for a while but didn't want to get a second coffee maker or replace my existing Ninja which I loved. I'm so glad they FINALLY introduced a k-cup feature into one of their coffee makers. Looks stylish and works as well as my older Ninja.

Although we are still getting to know each other here are some first use comments. Great Intuitive simple to operate inteface for all that this does. Seems to take up a lot less space than other brands Makes a little richer coffee then my old Keurig Love the Thermal Carafe for larger groups Will update if any negatives emerge

Used for the first time this morning. Replaced an old ninja that kep getting confused. My third ninja used one for several years bought a newer model gave my old one to my son when his cuisanart died. Still working for him. This one is the newest model so I bought it. Wasn’t expecting my other one to have issues but I was getting this one anyway

Ninja has the best coffee systems. I have several of their coffeemakers. I needed to replace a coffee pod machine and so when I saw Ninja is making a system where you can make coffee with regular ground coffee and coffee pods, I knew that would be my next purchase. This is a versatile machine: makes around 6 different quantities of drinks, hot/boiling water, has a built-in frother, and brews coffee in 4 types.

Very happy with my new coffee maker! It is fast...by the time I take my dog for a short morning walk, a whole pot of coffee is ready for me to enjoy. Love being able to froth my milk/creamer and not making a mess like my expresso machine did. The only downside is not being able to use my non-disposable k-cup. But found if I use the same amount in a filter, can make a single cup at a time. Of course soon after purchasing, Sam's Club cut the price from $124 to presently $89!
