Ninja is my go to brand. I have used their products since 2016. The DualBrew Pro is a great upgrade to any coffee machine. The taste is like a coffee shop at home. I use mine twice a day. I have one at home and one in my classroom. It is light weight and easy to move. It’s an added bonus to have a frother attached. The machine and materials are easy to clean. I’ll would recommend this coffee machine.

I am beyond obsessed with this coffee maker- I adore that it can brew both loose grounds and pods and I love the frothing attachment. It's also an amazing feature that it has a separate line for hot water so your tea or oatmeal won't taste like coffee. It has lasted us over 5 years of every day use and has won me over for life.

This machine is awesome. I love that it's multifunctional. Although it originally came out with the 3 pin needle, Ninja has updated it to the standard 1 pin. There are 0 spills.

I purchased this machine while I was on vacation in S Carolina. I had it shipped to my home in Florids as I did not want to have to carry it with me while flying. I was not able to get to it until the last few days due to medical issues. I love the way it functions, but am not able to use the pods that I purchased, especialy for my model. I put the pods in as directed but the pod cover will not close. This is a very big disappointment to me. I have to find a phone number to call Ninja and see what I am doing wrong. I would stilll buy it again. I love the machine.

Just bought this and the delay feature is amazing. Each morning I come down to the kitchen and the room smells like coffee and a pot is ready for me and my partner as we dash out to work! I love that you can set the brew style and love the display on the machine. Quality is a 10/10 ease of use is a 8/10 and overall machine is a 9/10!

This is my second machine. I had the old one for about four years and it got stuck on the no B B clean cycle. I am concerned about that happening again but I feel like I got my money's worth. I love the cold brew style and make a pot of that every other day. My husband loves the pod cycle for hot coffee. It works great for us. I would give it 5 stars but the cleaning cycle worries me.

WE ARE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH OUR NINJA COFFEE POT!!!!!!! We bought our Ninja Dual Brew about a year ago, but have used it for less than a year and it no longer brews coffee. It begins the brewing process and then beeps after we select our coffee choice. When we try to retrieve the K-Cup, it has built up pressure in the machine and it exploded hot water and grinds out of the top of the machine. We have had three coffee pots over the last 20 years and this is the worst system we have ever had. We have always kept it clean and maintained it as recommended. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I would not recommend this product. First thing right out of the box the k pod would not work. Sent me a replacement slip in k pod and it would not work either. Then they sent me just the main coffee machine. K pod work with that but you coffee is not drinkable. K pod puts a lot of coffee ground in it. Now just using the regular coffee pot it is now putting a lot of coffee grounds in my coffee. Makes it impossible to get a good cup of coffee. All ninja products I have bought have been really good except for this coffee maker. Don't waste your money on it. I surely wished I wouldn't have.
