So far, love it. Have an older version at home but got this one for the office. Easy to set up and use. Wish it had the filter with it like the older version had when I bought it.

I have had this system for one year. I have never had a problem, the coffee tastes great and I'm thoroughly satistified. I highly recommend this coffee maker for its versatility adn ease ofuse.

Very slim and doesn't take up much space. I love all the different brew options. The only complaint I have is that you can't have it brew hotter. Due to the large pouring hole snd the vent, the coffee doesn't stay hot for very long.

I've owned two and decided to get rid of them. Although it offers everything I like in a coffee pot, it makes and absolute mess. The one cup feature sprays/splatters everywhere. If they'd make them to where they don't do that, they'd be top notch

I love this coffee maker. It is simple to operate and makes the perfect cup of coffee. It doesn't drip and leave a mess like other brands. I am never disappointed with Ninja products.
