I've had mine for around a year now and love it! I'm not a huge coffee drinker but do like one occasionally. What I am, is more of a tea drinker - this machine does it all!

So far, love it. Have an older version at home but got this one for the office. Easy to set up and use. Wish it had the filter with it like the older version had when I bought it.

I am totally happy with the taste of the coffee from the pot and the pod. I don't like the separate pod maker. It is so awkward and I have to find a place to put it when it's not being used.

So many options! Great design. I love the flexibility of using K cups or making tea in a flash. Often I use it to make a quick bowl of oatmeal.No regret in making this purchase.

We love this coffee maker. It has been a great addition to our kitchen. The only complaint I have is I wish ninja made a pod to fit in the pod adapter so you can brew just one cup of whatever you want.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband and he was afraid of it at first, but after the first week he said it was the best coffee maker he's ever had! I love the frother and look forward to my morning "specialty" coffees! Win win 😆

First thoughts after opening the box was that it felt too light to be a quality product. Using it for three weeks changed that opinion. Yup, it's still light... but does everything it is touted to do flawlessly. We tried a timed carafe and the coffe was rich and flavorful. Use the Aieve reusable k- cup daily and the coffee tastes much better than with our old Keurig machine. I also use the 4 oz specialty mode every afternoon and froth the milk (unsweetened vanilla almond milk) to make a cappuccino. My wife uses the water mode several times a day. Every thing works great... and is intuitive. Most importantly, the coffee tastes great. BTW, we always use the "Rich" setting when using the pods (except for the "Special" setting).

The maker doesnt't brew pods. just spews steam all over and no coffee. Regular brew cycle works fine..One would think that the amount of money spent on this you could rely on it to work as intended. So far trying to get assistance has been futile. I don't see me pruchasing any more of the Ninja products.

I use it everyday not just for coffee but to make soups & whatever. Love everything about it & was surely worth waiting for. It is my new go to in the kitchen. Just today I used the boiling water tool to put water in a cup then pour it out & turned cup upside down onto my butter which was frozen. It worked like charm & I didn't miss a beat preparing my recipe.

This was not worth the money, I returned it. Any type of coffee I brewed basket or pods, grounds were in it. Everytime. I returned to place of purchase. Ill stick with my simple single pod pot. I read all instructions and tried several times and it did not work well for me.
