We bought this machine in 2023, and it's been working for over two years, and it's still working. One thing we did not know was the temperature of the K-Cup brew. It is a much lower temperature than regular brew, and the temperature range was 143-146, which is the hottest. We are pleased with the frother in the high point area for better alignment with different sizes of cups, selections of cup sizes, auto-shutoff, and hot water option.

Such a nice dual coffee maker! I've had it for about a month and have used ground coffee and coffee pods. I haven't tried the hot water dispenser yet. The coffee comes out hot and the warmer keeps it hot. I recommend this brand of dual coffee makers. Makes excellent over ice coffee, too!

I love this coffee maker. It's fast, mess free, easy to clean, and easy to fill. The brew options are all very useable and intuitive - one of the things I love about Ninja products. I like that you can use K-cups and basket brewing with a quick change of hardware. I also don't use the frother often, but when I have, it works great.

I received this coffee machine As a gift 10 months ago and 8 months ago it stopped working the pods don't work and I can't make it 12 cup of coffee every time I tried to mke refmgular code start beeping and show clean I I have always maintained it by cleaning it but still not working even I buy a new pod replacement

Worst coffee maker I have ever owned after 57 trips around the sun. This thing is complete junk, a mess to clean up after and can't make a pot of coffee that isn't full of grounds. Thought ninja was a good brand. My mistake but one I won't make again.

I love my Ninja brands. I wanted a coffee maker that can do a pot and pods and also different sizes either way. This is it. It has more than I expected. I can set different cup to pot sizes using the filter and coffee or I can go from small to travel size with the pods. My favorite feature is the water. If I just want water I turn a dial and the water comes from a whole different outlet so you don’t get a coffee flavor. You can do hot or boiling water. Amazing!! I have had it for months and am very happy with it.

I bought the new Ninja Pro Dual Coffee maker a couple of weeks ago and I cannot consume enough coffee. It’s a whole new coffee taste and experience!! I am an avid Ninja product believer. I’m running out of kitchen space!! Must have Creami next! Maybe Santa will do that!! Thanks so much for bringing my coffee experience to the next level Ninja!!

I am so happy I bought this for myself. Love the water reservoir. Now I don’t have to measure, it does it for me. Love the fact that you can easily adjust between 1 cup to a full pot. Also, makes a great cappuccino. And when you use a k cup you can choose your ounce size.

Pretty bummed the milk frother does not heat the milk. You have to heat it separately. Having used a different machine the past couple years that heated the milk, I got a little spoiled. The digital controls are pretty cool and fairly simple to operate without the instructions. I have not used the iced coffee feature yet, but I'm looking forward to it and am hopeful it will turn out as good as the pictures!

I got this to replace my Keurig that also had the frothing cup but took up so much space. This machine is so much better and I love that I have the option of making a pot of coffee rather than use multiple K cups if I happen to have company. I have several other ninja products and I was so happy when this coffee maker was available!
