I love this coffee maker. It's very versatile and easy to use. I like having the dual brew for times when I have company. The milk frother is great, feels like real coffee shop coffee (without the expense). The only downside is I cannot fit my hand down in the water container to clean it. Otherwise, it's perfect.

Love it! A few weeks in. Morning Coffee and oatmeal, evening tea. The separate water dispenser is a magnificent innovation. I cannot use my microwave and toaster oven together. But I grilled steak, microwaved a veggie steamer, and used the boiled water feature to place the EXACT measured amount of water into my instant mashed potatoes, they were perfect. I cannot wait for my next review.

Ninja has the best coffee systems. I have several of their coffeemakers. I needed to replace a coffee pod machine and so when I saw Ninja is making a system where you can make coffee with regular ground coffee and coffee pods, I knew that would be my next purchase. This is a versatile machine: makes around 6 different quantities of drinks, hot/boiling water, has a built-in frother, and brews coffee in 4 types.

This was not worth the money, I returned it. Any type of coffee I brewed basket or pods, grounds were in it. Everytime. I returned to place of purchase. Ill stick with my simple single pod pot. I read all instructions and tried several times and it did not work well for me.

Ninja is my brand of choice for small appliances & this is probably the third or fourth coffee system I’ve had from them. BEST ONE YET! I love the versatility of this system - multiple sizes for a brew, cold/specialty brew, a built in frothier (I use it more than I thought I would!)…the pod adaptor & separate hot water line are perfection. I get a nice hot cuppa coffee whenever I want & it’s easy to clean/maintain. Much smaller footprint than my previous models! The digital display is so easy to use. Probably the sexiest coffee system I’ve ever seen! Highly recommend.

I love this coffee machine. I have gone through 4 different machines in the past five years and was hesitant to try another one but this Ninja is just perfect. Easy to use, makes great coffee, love the thermos carafe, and the frother works great. Convenient to have the Keurig option also. Don’t hesitate to buy!!

I bought and returned a competitor's coffee maker that had similar features such as the capability to brew and use K Cups because the coffee was mediocre at best. The Ninja DualBrew had additional features that are great to have. 1: the ability to just make hot water for tea or cocoa. 2. the ability to set a timer to make the coffee at a set time every morning. It's easy to use, easy to clean and I couldn't be happier that I bought this one.

I'd been wanting a k-cup type coffee maker for a while but didn't want to get a second coffee maker or replace my existing Ninja which I loved. I'm so glad they FINALLY introduced a k-cup feature into one of their coffee makers. Looks stylish and works as well as my older Ninja.

I have had Shark coffee (and other) products for years now. I ALWAYS go back to them when I need a new one for a gift, a new location, or whatever. There has only been one that I didn't love and it just wasn't appropriate in the environment so I chose poorly. But I love their versatility, how well they work, and how I can always add additional functionality as needed.

It’s a great coffee maker, I spent months comparing it to the nespresso. I purchased this one because of the k cup capability, and the milk frother. The only con is the cup measurements are way off. A 10oz is not 10 I’ll have to add more or run it twice. The glass carafe I have no idea how to take the lid off, and I made a 12oz or what I thought was a whole pot and I got like a quarter of that.
